I received a facial, lash lift, and haircut here last week and I am extremely satisfied with my experience. Aaliyah M gave me an incredible facial that left me feeling rejuvenated and my skin glowing. Sofia N did my lash lift and she did such an amazing job! My lashes have never looked this good. I had my hair cut by Emily G and she nailed it. I can tell she took her time making sure to cut precisely and evenly. Every student I had the pleasure to work with was friendly, professional, and attentive to my needs. It’s always a delightful experience getting any service done at this location.

Kayla B and Alyssa did a fantastic job on my hair! They took great care in making sure everything was fully saturated and done thoroughly. I absolutely love my highlights and haircut. Their teacher, Ms. Fisher, was also a great resource and I greatly appreciate that they turned to her when they had questions. Overall I am very happy with the service I received and will be coming back. Thank you!

Kayla did such a gorgeous job on my hair! This was her first ever balayage and she killed it, it’s exactly what I asked for. Also, my hair is still extremely soft despite lightening the color. She’s also such a sweetheart, I would highly recommend her. 😊

I frequent Aveda monthly for a good wash, trim, and blow out. Most students do a great job with minimal need to support from instructors so I fully understand and am aware of the learning environment. With my most recent appointment I scheduled a wash and trim (adding a blow out at a later date after getting sent a coupon code). When I arrived to my appointment I did not have the student I booked (which is fine but usually we are told of a student switch), my appointment card only said “Blow Out” so when the student was verifying my appointment details she was confused why it didn’t include trim and her mood seemed to shift after hearing that. She did an excellent job washing my hair, however she struggled with trimming my ends as requested (no cut just trim the dead ends), and the “blow out” was less than desirable (was frizzy and not dried all the way). Again, it is a school and the students are learning and I completely understand. The larger issue was no instructor checked her work (which I’ve never experienced an instructor not check a student’s work) which I believe they would have been able to tend to the uneven trimming and provide that feedback. I did not realize how poorly done the trim was until I got home and used a hand mirror to see the back. The ends are still split, frayed, uneven, and when I brush through my hair it snags at the end (which shouldnt be the case if all the split ends were trimmed). I had to re-straighten my hair to try hiding the trim until I can come in next month. Reiterating, this is a learning environment, but if there was no instructor to give that real time feedback to the student AND provide the client with decent results there won’t be the opportunity for improvement.

I’ve been going here for years and I recently took my sister for a haircut and she is absolutely in love with her new hair! Everytime I come in for an appointment, front desk staff is also so kind and friendly. All of the students on the floor are absolutely wonderful! My sister and I both commented on the boost of confidence we got when we had our hair done here. I’ve also gotten other appointments done here, including facials, hair color, hair gloss, and hair styles + blowouts and they always turn out amazing! Love this place and it’s always my go-to for any spa day or haircut!

I got my eyebrows and lips waxed here. One of the students named Afrina gave me an excellent service! I have never had this clean and organized eyebrows before. She also made me feel relaxed and comfortable as this was my first time getting wax. I will definitely come back for more services!

Jazmen W. Did a phenomenal job on my here. I couldn't believe how soft and how silky it was. And how fast she was able to get it done. My hair has never looked so good!
