Had the original head spa service and it was wonderful! Michaela was amazing. She went over the process step by step and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. My head has never felt so clean and my hair has never felt so soft. She also tailored the type of products she used based off my scalp analysis. Highly recommend!!!!!

I had a head spa scalp treatment with Destiny last week and it was an incredible experience! She explained every step, made the treatment very comfortable, and showed me the difference in my scalp before and after the treatment. If you’re local to Cleveland and surrounding areas, I highly recommend Dolce Spa for your head spa treatment!

Wow! Dolce was absolutely amazing! My mom and I had the private salt room this morning. What a relaxing experience. From the minute we walked in the doors, Amy greeted us with a smiling face. She made us feel so comfortable as this was our first salt room experience , (and it definitely won’t be our last). We can’t wait to book another appointment. Thank you for a great mother and daughter morning!

My 1st visit to Dolce won't be the last! Best experience from everyone I saw. Destiny did my head spa and was great at explaining everything and was very wonderful and helpful. So relaxing and would highly recommend having it done! The salt room was also really great as well! Can't wait to go back!

I would not recommend the head spa service if you are looking for a massage type service. It was more comparable to receiving a hair conditioning treatment with just the top of my head being slightly massaged. The total cost was $120 if you add on a blow dry, unless you want to leave with soaking wet hair. My hair didn’t not feel any different afterward and I felt it was not worth the price.

Not the biggest fan…. I think the girls at the front desk could use a little more personality… not the friendliest… got the scalp massage, no warming bed, quite cold in the room and my 4 year old niece does a better job

I took the bridal party here for q relaxing day and it was better than I could have expected. Lily and Annie at the front desk were so patient and accommodating every time I spoke with them on the phone. The bridal party had such a great time and every single one of the were super happy with their massages. Roger and penny did our massages and they were simply AMAZING!! The entire staff was super helpful and pleasant and definitely made this a day to remember.
