Mia is absolutely fantastic!! The place is very clean and relaxing. It feels luxurious, the bathrooms even have individual towels for drying your hands. I did the 60 minute head spa, Mia spent every single minute I was there working. In addition to a heavenly and relaxing head spa (which included scalp massage, multiple rounds of shampoo/conditioner, brushing, and a hair treatment under a steamer), she also massaged the areas I indicated as problem areas - my neck, shoulders and upper back. I have been to only a handful of massages in my life, always when my chronic back pain becomes unbearable, and I have never ever left with sustained lack of pain. I don’t know how she did it, but it has been 2 days completely pain free with no knots, no neck/back cracking, which I haven’t had in years. The staff was super friendly and professional. They have an intake form in the beginning so you can indicate problem areas, preferred pressure, etc. I would highly highly recommend Crystal Massage spa!!

I’ve been here twice for the Head Spa treatment and I’ll definitely come back. The Spa is very clean and has a peaceful atmosphere. Today I had Emily, who was amazing during the session and paid extra care to my sore areas in my neck and shoulders. My hair feels and smells amazing and it was a very relaxing experience. At the end of the session they dry your hair as well so that you don’t leave with wet hair. I added a couple of treatments for dry scalp, and a face mask too. Since I have sensitive skin she recommended a different mask from what I had originally asked for and I’m glad I listened to her recommendation, the mask didn’t irritate my skin and my face feels smooth. I’ll come back soon for a full facial.

First time customer of Crystal Massage, I called in desperation for a last minute appointment to resolve severe lower back pain that limited my movement & might stop me from driving to spend Christmas with family in a different state. I was in pain & worried. Lily answered the phone, listened to my sad tale, asked excellent follow up questions, & understood what I needed & the urgency. She booked me for the same day late afternoon, and called when an earlier appointment opened up with another therapist that she recommended for my situation, David. The guy performed magic. I walked in unable to lay flat on my back, I walked out pain-free & more limber than I've been in ages. Couldn't be more grateful for the all-around wonderful experience today. Thank you, thank you, thank you for healing me so I can travel to my Mom for Christmas!!! I'll be back next year to continue the healing journey!
