Stylist (Kate) was nice over all but she didn’t give me the hair color I wanted. I came in with black hair, already dyed spots and I wanted pastel pink where my hair was dyed plus a little more done. There wasn’t a lot of communication with pricing and how much extra I was being charged for the product she was putting in my hair without telling me. I was super upset and cried when I went home. My dad called and the owner offered some sort of refund back because the last time I was there it was 175$ and I was charged 216. When I went back my dad went with me and they didn’t apologize once. Only when we left the stylist did. Again no hate to the stylist, she does great with other hair and I recommend her for her other services. The owner kept pushing saying it does look pretty but I felt intimidated and I felt forced to choose either paying a buttload of more money or let it fade. Obviously I don’t want my hair getting damaged so I said I’d let it fade but she didn’t even stop us for my 50-60$ back. My dad was defending me the entire time and it felt like the stylist was paying more attention to my dad who was upset for them than my issues. I’m a girl who is sick and may have to go for treatment and may lose my hair and this was possibly my last hair appointment and I wanted it done perfectly. I was very disappointed but the stylist skill is good and she was nice. She just didn’t give me what I really wanted.

I absolutely love all the technicians at Craft Society Salon. Jen does an excellent job with both my and my daughter’s hair. Her color and balayage out on point. My daughter’s very long and heavy hair has always looked fabulous after her cuts. Cari takes care of my facial waxing with the super easy and gentle sugar method. Nathan gives the best pedicures and really massages the calves. Finally, Hannah did an excellent job on my acrylic nails for my 25th wedding anniversary. My husband loved them. The salon owner, Liberti, has such a welcoming personality and hires folks that really know the craft. I’m so happy to have found Craft Society.

Victoria was absolutely amazing for my Bridal makeup! Not only did she plan, listen and inspire my bridal look, but she is so kind and excellent with all ages! I don’t wear a lot of makeup normally and was looking for an upscale natural look. Victoria did just that! She created such a soft, elegant and natural look that stayed all night!

Victoria did my makeup for my wedding & my bridesmaids. She is phenomenal! She took her time and paid attention to each of our features. She was great company to be around! She is calm, positive and funny! Highly recommend her for your big day!!

I highly recommend Victoria for Lashes, Spray tans and makeup! I’ve have all three services and will continue to go back as she is so talented, professional and clean. I get so many compliments on my lashes and when I get a spray tan I feel like a million bucks. She makes you feel really comfortable in your own skin. 5 stars!

I got my nails done by Hannah yesterday and she did an amazing job! The shape is perfect and she paid so much attention to detail. She made sure everything looked perfect before curing my nails. Would go back to her again! Very happy!

I love going to Craft for Spray tans! Victoria has been doing mine for a couple years now and I’ve always been really impressed with how well they turn out and how long they last! Victoria is really personable and does a phenomenal job! Highly recommended her!

Excellent quality haircuts! I have long hair and they treated me well giving me exactly what I needed, which was a trim and thinning. Nathan was quick and detailed, while having pleasant conversation. Will be returning for all future haircuts!
