The salon is gorgeous and clean. I had the stylist Mo cut, color and style my hair. Mo cut my hair nicely, however I was a bit shocked to see how my skin had been dyed during the coloring process. I pointed it out to Mo during my appointment and she assured me that the dye would wear off by tomorrow, as I had an upcoming event. Unfortunately this was not the case, and I tried various options to remove it at home. However it would not come off my skin. I contacted the salon where I was treated poorly by Mo and they placed blame on me stating it would not come off due to dehydration on my part. I was not dehydrated and that excuse did not make any sense. I left the salon with dye still on my face. There was no apology and to be honest, an apology would have went a long way. I was utterly shocked that they blamed me, even though I had pointed it out during my initial visit for them to take care of. As a result, I would not return to this salon and would not recommend others to either.

After setting an appointment, I took my 9 year old daughter to Cloud 9 on Mt. Zion Rd in Florence, Ky. My daughter had an idea of what she wanted. After she spoke with Liz(her Stylist) they decided on something else and Liz came out into the lobby to ask me if it would be ok and I readily agreed. My daughters hairstyle ended up being far more beautiful than I could have imagined. My daughter was extremely pleased with it. Liz just became her permanent Hair Stylist.

Loved it the minute I walked in! If you are looking for a place to get a pedicure, look no further!! Especially if you used to go to Mi Salon in Florence and have been looking for a similar place to go ever since 😭 well this is the place!! Loved Wensdy and Cerise. They were so nice! We were seen right on time and the whole thing was affordable and didn't take super long! I'm sold as a loyal customer who will be looking forward to come back for pedicures 😊 and the pedicure area was stylish and comfortable!!

Beth did my nails today and they turned out perfect! I came in with stubborn nails to take off and she was so patient and gentle with removing them. Loved chatting with her as well; she was so sweet! The price was more than reasonable for what I got. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming and down to earth. The atmosphere was so comforting and you could relax without feeling rushed. I left feeling pampered and de-stressed . Thank you all for the great experience; especially Beth!

I had a massage here and it was amazing. I highly recommend! I wish I could go weekly. It was super clean, smelled lovely, beautifully decorated, calm and professional. I loved the private changing room with sauna and shower and lockers. They thought of every detail. My masseuse was okay with silence, and I liked it because I could zone out and it wasn't awkward. At least not for me! I came on my birthday and it was a luxurious way to celebrate. Thank you for making my day so wonderful!!!

This is the most expensive and the worst service I ever had. Yes, the place is pretty and Broke was really nice. I don't understand why they decided to remove the cuticle without soaking the nails in water, she didn't cut it , she pull it... super painful! It looks like my 10 old painted my nails and I asked her to cut them short and I was afraid she will cut my skin. On top of that they are super short and not even. Don't go there! $80 down the toilet

Ann-Marie did a fantastic job on my hair. I just wanted a trim and redefining my layers after not having been to the hairdresser in over 9 months. She did just that. You can barely notice I lost any length, but my hair is all healthy again! Thank you so much! I think I finally found my hairdresser.
