I get Brazilian waxes done here regularly by Kristen Hermon. She does a fantastic job! She’s fast too which I prefer, as we all know how painful these can be. But also thorough. She’s also done my eyelashes too. She’s very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend her for any of your esthetician needs. Also the cloud 9 establishment is very clean and the staff is professional and kind.

I got a brazilian done yesterday by Kristen and i’m honestly just disappointed with the results because today I still had to go back through and take care of the rest of it myself. For what I had to pay compared to other places it’s just kind of ridiculous to go and get a wax done and you have to go home and deal with it because the job wasn’t done well enough. I wish at this point I could get my money back because the pain of it wasn’t worth it to me since i had to fix her mistake.

First time there. It was very clean and orderly. The massage I got was amazing! I really had a great experienc and will definitely be going back and telling my friends?!!

Ladies and Gents make an appointment for Cloud 9 day spa for all your body care needs. Halii is wonderful. She is gentle with waxing and gets the job done. She takes care of women and men, so guys, if you are looking for some top-notch manscaping, she's the person to go to.

Great experience! Love the ladies that work here, they provide excellent service! Booked a couple appointments after today's outcome. Got my eyebrows waxed, shaped, tinted. They have thee best customer service! Very knowledgeable. Very clean and well upkeep inside. Definitely my new go to!

Updated: This spa deletes their bad reviews and twists the truth in the comments to save try to save their reputation. They try to make their customers look like “Karen’s”. Straight to the point the employees are not trained properly. Please see my picture. This was taken minutes after my lash lift. It was so bad I was given a 10% discount because “some of my lashes didn’t curl” The excuse was “my lashes are straight” that’s why I came in for a lash lift. I was charged over $100 for this service. I am now re-editing my review after seeing the managers comment. I have texts of proof contacting the manager about refunds multiple times. I was told no refund, no partial refund and her response to my first review is false stating “I never asked for a refund”. I screenshot my texts, circled me mentioning refund or even partial refund and messaged her. She later stated in her response that I said “Id rather do the lash lift myself with a $20 Amazon box” false. I said I’ve done better lash lifts to myself with a $20 Amazon box. Originally after my first conversation over text with the manager, I was told I could come in the next day to get my lashes re-lifted for free. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR LASHES STAY AWAY!!! When the manager doesn’t know basic cosmetology…RUN. You aren’t supposed to get your lashes re-lifted until MINIMUM 4-8 weeks. I told her “despite my lashes not being lifted properly there was still product applied.” Cosmetology 101. Save yourself from lash damage and time. They’d rather lose customers and fry your lashes than give a valid refund. Empty apologies.

Cloud 9 day spa was the most amazing! Nicole gave the best massage I have ever had! I let her know my shoulders hold stress and I need medium to hard pressure. Nicole was able to loosen my shoulders and her pressure and techniques are completely wonderful! After my massage I got temporary eyelashes and Delaney was wonderful to talk to while she put them on and they look amazing! Thank you lady's for the best Spa day!!

2024 another great massage with Nicole! She's still the best. 2023 I had a deep tissue with hot stone massage by Nicole. It was the BEST massage i have had! She is surprisingly strong and worked hard the entire 90 mins. I will definitely be going back.
