Charged without knowledge and without a refund! I would stay away from this place. The massage was what you would expect, but everything else was a horrendous experience. As a small business owner, I’m not one to leave bad reviews because people are allowed to make mistakes. But I also know how business should be done, and that mistakes should be remedied. First, they changed our appointment time without even asking if a different time was available. Why was I able to book an appointment time that wasn’t available? Their excuse is that they sent me a different confirmation email. Except I specified on my booking that we did not have availability before or after the booking time I selected. It’s a terrible way to run a business. They should have confirmed with me BEFORE they changed my appointment time, not after. But what’s worse, is they charged me extra without my knowledge. Their excuse is that I was automatically charged as a “no show.” Even though I DID show up. It makes absolutely no sense that I was “automatically charged” for “half” of the massage, but had to pay the other “half” in person. If I was truly automatically charged for being a “no show” then I should have been charged the FULL amount right then, NOT mislead into believing they would only charge me for a 30minute massage, then secretly charge me for an hour massage without me knowing. They knowingly charged me “half” of the bill in person, then secretly charged me the other “half” without my knowledge. I should have been made aware of my FULL bill the moment I paid IN PERSON. They came up with many excuses, but their excuses don’t add up. At the end of the day, I was charged without my knowledge and they refuse to grant me a refund. For those reading this, I would check your credit card after booking with this place to be sure they did not charge you without your knowledge. I would have never known I was charged except that I check my credit card often. If anyone else has had a similar experience with this business, please contact me privately.

I did a lot of research on the different spa places to go to in Branson and I am beyond happy I chose this one! I got the “Spa Experience for 1” and I’m pretty sure I fell asleep! I went on my birthday and this was beyond relaxing. The environment was great and you get to choose your scent that they use during the massage! My therapist’s initials were S.B. and she was amazing, so sweet! I will definitely be back, my birthday was extremely relaxing and peaceful because of this place!!

My wife and I got a 60 minute couples massage on July 4th from Tatiana and Sabina. Our first time here and our first couples massage. I've had a variety of massage types. Deep tissue is too much for vacation. This relaxation type massage felt very good and didn't leave me overly sore as vacation ended. I liked how I was able to book online but it wasn't guaranteed and it took them a while to confirm. Be early to fill out a questionnaire. I was pleased with the pricing of the spas in the Branson area.

Paula and Sabina were amazing. My mother and I did the spa retreat package! It's is wonderful! The most luxurious facial I have ever had!! Highly recommended!!

My mom, sister, and I really enjoyed our massages. Paula, Tatiana, and Oksana did a wonderful job. They were very gracious when we had a little issue that affected our reservation. We will definitely be back next time we’re in Branson.

Had Sabina as my therapist and absolutely loved her. She such a nice and caring lady and the place is gorgeous and so calming with fun yet soothing music! I will say the time you get is from when you start like go in the room and not actually the entire time you’re being massaged. Still a wonderful place!

We travel a lot and get massages when we go other places. The ladies here were one of the best massages we have had!!! We had a 90 minute couple massage, sorry I don't remember the ladies names who we had, but OMG!!!! They were both AMAZING!!!! When we come back to Branson again, we will DEFINITELY use them again. We can't say enough about how great they are. I know I fell asleep and I never do that when I get massages. GREAT relaxation massage!!!

My husband and I did a couples massage & facial! It was the best massage we have ever had! 10/10 recommend! Sending my family there while we are in town!
