Such a lovely, serene, simple space. Friendly and helpful staff. My massage by Gracie was terrific! The temperature, the pressure, the scents....all perfect. A relaxing and delightful experience. I signed up for the monthly membership and can't wait to go back.

very clean, thoughtful, simple space! highly recommend gracie, she was very tentative and mindful of sore spots. she was also very good at keeping consistent pressure which i appreciate during a deep tissue massage. will definitely be back. thanks gracie!

My husband and I are monthly members and love the ambiance, free aromatherapy, massages for the full time paid. What keeps this place from being 5 stars is the inability to book our monthly massages online. I wish there was a way to do this rather than calling each month or trying to pick a day in advance.

My neck, shoulders and lower back have been hurting sonI tried out Citrus Massage in Chandler. What a great experience. The feel of the place is comforting and very clean. I had a very good masseuse and got my problem areas worked through. I highly recommend Citrus Massage.

I had a membership with the Chandler location for a few months now. And also about a year of membership in the past. The therapists are all excellent here and the staff overall is friendly. However they completely ruined the birthday experience for my 75 year old mom recently. This location is in my neighborhood, 3 min walking distance from my house so I was not aware they opened up a new location in Gilbert. I made the appointment for my mom, calling into the Chandler location. I was never told on the phone that the appointment is at Gilbert location (which is 15 mins drive away). I didn’t know they have another location so I just assumed it is at where I called. On the day of appointment, when my mom got there, there is no appointment. It was for Gilbert location to our surprise. They wanted to charge a cancellation fee (half the price of massage, it’s like $90 fee) for rescheduling so we ended up hurrying to the other location. My mom only got 70 mins and I ended up paying for a 90 minute massage at a 90 min membership rate and they would also not honor the birthday promo 15%. I work from home so I lost an hour pay of my time as well, to drive my mom around. I was upset but what got me more upset is there was not a word of apology “I’m sorry for the confusion but yes, we have two locations etc”. When I communicated to the manager (Mea Shank), she insinuated that it is my fault for not reviewing my messages. I never received confirmation emails from them but upon checking later, my mom did receive confirmation messages as texts. It did saying Citrus Massage Gilbert. I’m not saying I’m not at fault. Yes, I should have checked my mom’s phone. But she’s a 75 year old non English speaking elderly. She also had no idea where the massage is because it is a birthday surprise (not so much anymore with the texts). The business offered no apology, did not honor the promo code and told me I already got a “deal” at membership price (we only got 70 mins, the massage is suppose to be for 90 mins). So yes, I am upset. I asked for refund of $16 (the difference in their so called discount vs what I would have paid) plus my lost hourly pay $50. To be quite honest, if they would have apologized and even give no refund, I would have felt better and would not have written this review wasting more of my time for this business. But they believe they are at no fault and their manager basically implied I go somewhere else because they are okay losing a monthly paying member. Where is the principle of customer service? Good for them, they are doing great business that losing one member is not a big deal for them. I will not be coming here anymore. I am sad to not see my therapist anymore though. For Others: make sure which location your appointment is at. Even if you call one location, it could be at another location. - Review is by May Ehmke Update: I appreciate their response to this review however this is exactly my complaint about this business. Continuing to put the blame on customer. They are now claiming that my mom received the full 90 min massage with “security footage” proof and the email I got before from Mea Shank was the same, with a lengthy audit report of the dates and time they sent reminders. No genuine apology. I was careless to check my mom’s texts I agree but someone at the front desk made a mistake during scheduling and it’s okay to admit the mistake. Why would I call one location so close to my house to make an appointment at another location 15 minutes away? Since your business likes to prove customers wrong with your tight ship security and recordings, maybe you have a recording of my original call to your business to make the appointment? Listen to it and then tell me whether your front desk confirmed with me that it would be at a different location on that call. It’s okay if a mistake was made. We all make mistakes. But you villainize the customer and I think it’s the wrong way to do business. The manager handling this is driving me to be extremely petty but they deserve this level of pettiness from me.

Came in for the first time today, and from start to finish my experience was wonderful! All the staff is so kind and attentive. It’s my birthday, so not only was the staff kind enough to hang a sign in the room but they wrote me a sweet card as well! I felt so celebrated! My massage was incredible as well. I have never felt so relaxed! Make sure to add on the peppermint head/scalp massage as well because it made the massage that much better. I will definitely be coming back!

By pure luck I was able to schedule an appointment on their second day of re-opening. Of course, they adhere to the strictest guidelines, so I felt safe. I have followed CM on social media and have driven past here so many times, I was so excited to finally be able to check this place out. But, nothing could prepare me for kayce. Hands down, this was the most relaxing 60 minutes of 2020. He truly worked magic on me. It had been quite some time since my last massage and I appreciate the suggestion to a gradual approach as my body gets used to it again. He assured me he was going to give me “the best massage of my life” and he told no lie. He works to make sure you aren’t just getting a massage, but you’re getting an experience. I added cupping onto my service and will never be the same.. it’s a game changer. I HIGHLY suggest you do this if you’ve never tried before. The only thing I wish I had done was schedule the 90 minutes massage. Treat yourself and schedule a massage, thank me later.
