I decided to spend my birthday at this spa, expecting a relaxing and peaceful day. My appointment started at 8 AM, and while my massage was okay, I’ve definitely had better. After the massage, I was looking forward to unwinding in the spa amenities. However, I didn’t realize that the spa pool was connected to the hotel, which meant there were children in the area. Unfortunately, this completely disrupted the relaxing atmosphere I was hoping for. I had planned to enjoy the pool and sauna, but with the noise and lack of a serene environment, my day was cut short. Had I known this beforehand, I would have chosen to spend my $300+ elsewhere. It was a disappointing experience, especially since I had high hopes for celebrating my birthday. Sadly, I won’t be returning.

I was given a gift card for the spa and made an appointment for the foot retreat. They ask you to come thirty minutes early for paperwork, which is very quick. I was given a tour of the facility, shown to the locker room and given a robe. You can take advantage of the wet sauna, two dry saunas and relaxation lounge with heated loungers while you wait. Very relaxing atmosphere. My treatment was done by Christine and she was wonderful. The room is a little bigger than I am used to which was nice. After treatment you can use the pool and hot tub, though I didn't. It is an expensive spa so not something I would do regularly but as a treat it was perfect.

I would skip and rather go to another spa. They claim 50 min session, you may be get 30-40 min of the promised service. The staff is unprofessional and seems like no one has any clue. For the luxury pricing they charge, they need to ensure the experience is comparable too.

What an AMAZING experience!!!!!! The spa was VERY clean, VERY relaxing and just a stunning space!! The front desk was very welcoming and polite! Ramone showed me around the spa and he was so nice and professional. Leslie did my hydro facial and she is the best person I’ve had for a facial. Leslie’s massage after the hydrofacial was amazing as well! I’ve been to many spas and this was indeed the best spa I’ve been to! Thank you!

Absolutely amazing treatment 🤩 ! The facilities are excellent as well - gym, pool, sauna & steam room. Staff are friendly and well trained. Been here 2x now and will definitely come again - highly recommended 👍👍👍

You should never need an excuse to pamper yourself but, if you did…. here you go Spa day while enjoying my stay at Langham was nothing short of amazing. The ladies in the locker room really made my visit personal and perfect. I can't thank you all enough for such an amazing stay, experience and helping me find an appropriate bathing suit! Thank you

Give yourself the time to experience all the amenities. I arrived two hours before my massage and I wish I came even earlier. They have a relaxation chair that I loved and took a small nap on. It was so great! This place is worth with every dollar! The staff is incredibly kind, they give you everything you need. The robes are soo soo soft I wish I could have taken it home with me 😮‍💨 the pool is soo relaxing and the water is so soft! The staff check in on you which I loved! Waiting area had hot tea which I loved after a massage. I would recommend this place over and over again! I will be retuning and introducing more people to this spa!
