I’ve had my hair cut by three different ladies at this salon and loved the cut every time. Decided to do a balayage and cut the last time I went. Gennesaret spent almost 3 hours on my hair and killed it! Showed her like 10 photos of similar colors that I liked and she created the perfect color for me. Absolutely would recommend her to everyone!

They saved my hair! Made the mistake of trying to lighten my hair on my own at home with color stripper which DESTROYED my hair. Charlotte Rouge was able to get me in for a same day appointment and not only saved my hair, but had me leave feeling beautiful and full of confidence!

I’ve been going here for about 3 years now after switching from my previous hairstylist. Natalie Petersen always does a FANTASTIC job with the coloring, the cutting, & the conversation! Granted I knew her daughter before I knew her but her work has never disappointed me! My boyfriend & I started making our hair appointments like a date! I would get the color put in my hair & while I was processing she would cut his & then we would wash & style me! Natalie is always so sweet & is always willing to work around the schedules. Natalie puts in WORK when it comes to her clients & she always makes sure to hit every single mark! The other ladies are always so kind & polite & welcoming as well & they’re never afraid to tell you how beautiful the color is when they’re walking by! It’s such an uplifting environment that is well worth the money every single time!! I’ve attached some photos of Natalie’s work from over the years with me as well!

How lucky am I to have found such a lovely place in Fairbanks. The vibe is totally cool, these 'women'...their energy, knowledge and professionalism is so refreshing! My hair looks the best it ever has, I was feeling a bit frumpy but thanks to Galilee and her magic, (color, cut & style) I am getting compliments daily on my hair! No joke! I just connected with her instantly and it felt like we had been forever friends! I went in thinking I was going to embrace my gray. She spent time with me, talking to me, reading my vibe gave me great suggestions and she nailed it! 5🌟 As long as I am living in Alaska, they have me! The head massage / shampoo, iced coffee ..a few of the little extras they do to make you feel special, spoiled and unrushed. It was a lovely experience. Love. Light. Good Vibes.✌️

9/22/24 I booked myself a full head of highlights, and oh my gosh my hair is GORGEOUS. My stylist absolutely killed it. The experience alone was so relaxing and attentive. She made me a latte, scalp massage, and great conversation. She brought me from a dark blonde/light brown with old highlights to a lifted, cool blonde, toned and styled it. It looks amazing. I’ve never had a better experience in my life. 100% will be returning when I need a freshen up, and would recommend. ☺️

I cannot describe how awesome and sweet the staff and owner are!!! We came from south Alabama. We had made an appointment for my 90 year old mom to have her hair done for her “wedding” at the church in Fairbanks that she and my dad got married in 70 years ago. The whole family came to Fairbanks and they renewed their vows there. We wanted mom to look beautiful and Charlotte Rouge was the perfect choice! Paris was soooo sweet, took her time with my mom and asked me lots of questions to make sure it was perfect. Then, the owner came out and treated my mom like royalty as well. I wish we could fly mom here every week for her weekly appointment. She said she liked it better than any of the beauticians have done down here. 😊 I love this salon and the people. They are a blessing. Fairbanks, you are lucky to have them! 💗

Very professional. I explained what I wanted and she delivered to the t , and beyond. I'm not one that likes to get my haircut by people and I explain this to her and she was very knowledgeable and quick with what her profession is and she will be getting my service from now on along with my spouses

Overall I was very satisfied with my haircut at this salon. My stylist Natalie was fantastic. Great with communication and the hair wash was such a treat. I realize I could have asked before hand for a price so that’s on me. That being said the price was considerably higher than I was expecting. After asking I was told price was based on length and thickness of hair so maybe just keep that in mind if you’re going to choose this salon.
