This place is amazing! I have utilized many of the services this business has to offer. As soon as you walk in you are greeted by the sweetest receptionist. She makes sure all of the paperwork is in order, takes you to the gorgeous bathroom/changing area (with lockers), and gives you a very soft robe and shoes to fit any size. The garden is very relaxing with three different types of saunas and a hot tub. Everything is spaced out so you aren't crowded with other people, I in fact had it almost to myself that day. I ordered a charcuterie board that was perfect, it was even tailored to my allergies. The amount of food you get for the money is awesome. I get monthly facials done here, by a very knowledgeable sweet woman who is getting my skincare dialed in. She lets me know everything she is using, she is not pushy with her products at all, which I enjoy and appreciate. Two of my family members have gotten massages here, and both have said it was the best massage they had received to date. She used the perfect amount of pressure, and made them feel comfortable. I know this is a very long review, but I'm truly amazed at how upscale and comfortable the spa is. I recommend it to all my family and friends.

My sister and I had a massage and facial here on Saturday to celebrate my birthday. The scenery was beautiful. The staff was very on top of it! They communicated super well and the whole process just flowed really nicely. My massage therapist was Casey, and it was the best massage I have ever had! Thank you, Cedar Rose Spa! ** The only reason it was not 5 stars for me was the facial could have been better. The young lady who provided the service talked a lot about her personal life and problems with her kids, etc. I am empathetic, however, it was just inappropriate and unprofessional.

We loved our spa day at Cedar Rose and plan to come back! The atmosphere is very relaxing and the staff are kind and helpful. We booked the Dakota Experience package and a pedicure and every service and provider were spectacular. Thank you Cedar Rose Staff for the perfect getaway!

Very nice experience at the Akela Gardens! The outdoor setting was lovely! The steam room was absolutely fabulous. There were 2 nice saunas and 2 hot tubs as well. The staff was great. Wish they hadn't been booked up for massages, would love to have had one.

One of the nicest spas I’ve ever been to. And Casey gives the best massage and best foot massage I've ever had. 10/10 Casey! I made some last minute, somewhat difficult requests/changes to my reservation. And over all was pleased with the outcome. Thank you Ceder Rose!

Mom and I were scheduled for massage first thing Tuesday morning and had to leave a voicemail to cancel the day before due to snow storm as we live 2 HOURS away. Cedar Rose called to confirm saying we would still be charged for services because it wasn’t 48 hours in advance, well guess what we can’t control the weather and the snow count went up on Monday for Deadwood or else we would have kept our appointments. We asked if we could have credit for a later date (nope they don’t do that), receptionist asked if we could come back in a week so we don’t get charged (we only had Monday and Tuesday off so no and they aren’t open on Mondays) so she says well sorry you are going to get charged! Needless to say we will not be going back!
