I had my haircut with Emily ! I’ve always cut my own hair having trust issues with wanting it to be perfect, but now at 9 months pregnant I simply cannot be bothered ! I’ve had a bob for years and it’s hard to find some one who is a perfectionist with bobs, and does there best to make it straight and even! Easier said than done ! And I’m SO HAPPY I found Emily, oh my, she did such a good job!!! It’s exactly exactlyyy what I wanted, perfect length, perfect shape, nice and sharp and even, styled exactly how I wanted too! I don’t think I’ve ever left the salon this satisfied, and I don’t think I’ll be cutting my own hair anymore now that I found Emily… good energy, great conversation, and executed this haircut beautifully… also all the ladies at the front desk were lovely as well…beautiful salon ! I feel so pretty :)

Priscilla was wonderful! Got my first facial and I will definitely be returning again. And she did the best job on my eyebrow.

Went today as a walk in to get my brows done. Front desk was very sweet and able to see me right away. I saw (I believe her name is Priscilla) and she was amazing! She took her time and made me feel like I was a long term client. Talked to me and made me feel at home. I highly recommend her. The whole staff made me want to become a regular. I will definitely be going back for all my beauty services.

Called to book consultation. Took almost 2 days for them to call me back. Told them my availability was mon afternoons, wed mornings, fri afternoons and Saturdays. Was told person who does consults doesn't work those days/tines. Within minutes booked appt at another salon for consult 4 days later

I cannot say enough about Cassandra’s and my hairstylist Valerie! The receptionists were warm and welcoming. After having a not so good experience at a previous salon, I was a bit apprehensive about going to a new place. However, Valerie was amazing and cut and styled my hair exactly as I had asked and described to her. I can’t say enough about her and the whole experience at this salon! I would highly recommend this salon.

I’ve been coming here for more than 15 years, the salon is beautiful, clean and very, very efficient which is important to me. The greeting at the door is warm and welcoming, even when you missed the messages they sent you and call and ask “when is my appointment.” They have wonderful stylist, Lauryen, Kim, Joanna, Tracy. They even have a top notch stylist who is great with working with thinning hair, I mean really thinning hair.

I’m only giving this a 2 star, because albeit having a nice trim, the stylist I had today was frustrating to say the least. He wouldn’t listen to anything I said. He literally cut me off every-single-time-I-tried-to-speak!!! I even said, “If you will just listen to me” out loud a couple of times, and he STILL kept right on talking. I had to tell him a couple times how much I wanted trimmed, angled, and layered. He later “suggested” that he will layer it. Clearly not listening - again. He talked very poorly of his friends and family, which I thought was exceedingly disrespectful and distasteful, not to mention the swearing… unprofessional. As he tried to curl my hair, he left a ton uncurled, pulled my hair with the iron a few times and burnt my ear!! I felt like I was at Supercuts or Fancy Nancy’s, I could NOT get out of there fast enough! I’m so done with Nashua salons. I need to find something high-end.

I've been here for my hair a few times and have always left satisfied with my style. I've seen Donna most often and she's just such a sweet person, and very talented with coloring. I went for a facial/lash tint/brow appt just a couple of days ago, and saw Jen. My experience was worth every penny. Jen took her time, was sensitive, fun, and extremely knowledgeable about skin and esthetics. My skin is glowing, my lashes are beautifully curled and my brow game, on point. Thank you to the lovely staff at Cassandra, my favorite place to spoil myself!
