Went to get a massage. The tech was very nice but the massage was not good at all. I asked for deep massage it literally felt like a light touch or rub. My husband went after me and had the same experience and he wanted a regular massage and again it was like a feather. Very disappointed bc we love the hotel.

Paid for a day of relaxation for daughter and her friend as part of a last minute get away to Meredith. Booked the room and some spa treatments yesterday. Friend had medical situation come up this morning and had to leave the Inn abruptly. When calling to explain the situation, THE SPA CHARGED ME ANYWAY FOR HER SERVICES because they have a 100% fee structure for appts cancelled day-of! No exception for coming down with a contagious ailment. Either show up or we charge you. Zero chance I will ever let my wife or daughter come back because if profit takes precedence over preventing the spread of contagion, no one should want to be treated here.

Thank you so the amazing crew who made my first ever spa experience one that I will never forget. With the construction going on during our stay they made it like it wasn’t even happening. They brought me to a quiet room in the hotel and Sarah was so sweet and professional. Sarah was so helpful and made my prenatal massage perfect! I felt like a whole new person! Much needed and will be coming back when we book our next trip to Mill Falls!

The hot tub in pool was very cold very disappointed that’s why I came up and Meredith be able to use the hot tub and pool😡

I took my mother and daughter for pedicures (in massage chairs with lake views) and a Princess manicure and we had the perfect experience. The staff were wonderful and friendly and extremely kind/ thoughtful to my daughter—they went above and beyond and even did her hair for free! We then enjoyed the indoor and outdoor hot tubs and relaxed on premises. We’ll definitely be back!

The spa was absolutely amazing! The massage was phenomenal (Jacob slays) and they have Dazzle! It's phenomenal to get nails done with a view of the lake. One point I would be aware of is that it cost $25 to get shellac off the nails. So you end up paying an extra $50 for a Mani/Pedi and they may not mention it.

Very clean and comfortable. Loved the bath robe and slip-on shoes. The watermelon flavored water was cold and delicious. The sitting room was a little boring. The Atmosphere was great. It Would have been Better with chocolate covered strawberries and mimosas. The staff were professional and kind. I was happy with my facial and massage. Would have liked to have given my own tip. I was a little put off that they added a 20% gratuity
