I highly recommend the new acupuncture offerings at Calvert Rejuvenations in Herndon! My wife and I had been repeat customers of Calvert for quite some time. Upon finding out I wouldn’t be able to make an upcoming appointment, I cancelled 2 days in advance. I then received a call from Calvert letting me know that, since I cancelled 43 hours in advance vs the required 48, I’d be charged an $84 cancellation fee. After sharing how we’d been customers for quite some time and that the cancellation was due to a family emergency, Calvert still wouldn’t budge. I guess their policy is strict, just like our decision never to return 👋 An $84 cancellation fee vs the $000s of dollars in future services we would have spent here? Seems like a very poor, not-so-customer-centric business decision 🤣

I've been going to Calvert Rejuvenations for massages for 4+ years and can't recommend it highly enough. I usually get the 90 minute Signature Massage, but I've done Reiki, used the infrared sauna, and gotten a few facials as well. Make sure you arrive 15-20 mins early so you can chill in their oasis by the fireplace with a hot neck wrap, spa water, and some dark chocolate. You really can't go wrong with any of their massage therapists, and if you're looking for a specific recommendation, Gudleif is phenomenal at reiki and can find a trigger point like no one's business. If you love yoga, you'll love Emily who incorporates it into her massages and is fantastic at understanding the mind/body connection. Want a quiet, soothing massage? Ask for Leanne. And if you are one of those people that likes a lot of pressure or loves sports massages, Diane is the one for you! Their shop is nice too, for gifts (or gifts for yourself). I'm not super in to products in general, but I do love their new wraps, room sprays, and have a few of their crystal bracelets.

If there ever was a “dream team” in acupuncture treatments, Ruby and Calvert would be it! With their unique approach and their complementary energy they bring to the treatment room I felt completely supported and taken care of. With Calvert’s constant hunger to learn the latest and greatest research and techniques I have always learned something new and exciting on the table. Ruby has a light touch and precision to her needling that I have never experienced before with patient comfort at the forefront of her treatment style.   I received an entry-exit treatment for insomnia and slept like a baby for over a week after my first treatment with these two talented and knowledgeable ladies. They also helped me with digestive issues using some unique techniques that were super effective and cleared my issue within hours. The thing that distinguishes Calvert and Ruby from other acupuncturists I have seen before is their genuine care and concern for the patient as an individual. This dream team is competent, kind, intuitive and accommodating. After my acupuncture treatments, I always feel an energetic reset after a wonderful, relaxing experience and I will definitely be returning to see them soon!

I met Calvert at a Wellness and Health event and she fixed my injured neck with just two acupuncture needles! Pain relief was immediate and within two hours, I had full movement of my neck again. I fully recommend Calvert!
