Brilliant Massage & Skin

I had a wonderful experience here. I was stiff from driving and shoveling so I treated myself to a massage and it was the highlight of my vacation. Jasmine was amazing from start to finish, I've only had a couple massages before because I don't like being touched but she instantly put me at ease and the whole thing felt like I was hanging out with a friend, so I was able to really relax and enjoy the massage. Wish I was a local so I could come back but have to recommend to anyone in the area. Thanks Jasmine!

I had a 90 minute massage with Kristy, and it was absolutely wonderful! The entire experience was incredibly relaxing from start to finish. Kristy is clearly very experienced and knowledgeable. She knew exactly what she was doing and tailored the session to meet my needs perfectly. Her technique was both soothing and effective, leaving me feeling completely rejuvenated. I highly recommend Kristy for anyone looking for a skilled and professional masseuse.

I had a 90 min deep tissue massage with Peter at the King street location. One of the best massages of my life. He is very professional and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend his work!

I booked a 90 minute couples massage here for my birthday about 3 weeks in advanced. When I made the reservation, I told the person on the phone my preferences and she assigned me a therapist accordingly. I asked the name of my scheduled therapist and searched reviews based on the name given, and was satisfied the person I was going to be having a massage with would meet my needs. I can be very particular when it comes to massages as I get many and hate wasting money when I encounter someone who is inexperienced. So, that's why I always try to ask questions and do research in advance to make sure I got someone I thought would be great. Especially since it was my birthday! The morning of our massages we got a call asking us to come later than our scheduled 12:30pm appointment. I explained that we were staying in a nearby hotel that has an 11am checkout so we didn't want to wait even longer for our appointment, and that we needed to pick up our kids at school by 3pm (and we live a hour away), so we couldn't really do later but we could come earlier. I had wanted a 11-noon massage time when I booked the appointments after all, but 12:30pm was the best they could do. The person I spoke with said ok and hung up. We got to our appointment, though, and we didn't have the therapists we were scheduled with. Obviously my husband didn't care as he didn't know who he was going to have anyway, but I did care and felt blindsided. In the end, our massages were still fairly good and we happy enough with our service, but I just felt this review is worth mentioning that I feel it is totally NOT ok to just switch therapists on a person without giving them notification and acceptance of such switch. To show up and not have the therapist you were scheduled with should not be allowed in my opinion. Like I mentioned, we made the appointment with 3 weeks notice. If there was a problem with the scheduling, it should have been addressed sooner. The therapists we had originally scheduled weren't sick or anything to our best knowledge (we asked). It seems that there is some disorganization on the administrative front. Again, we ended up having Mary and Robina and were pleased with our service so this review is NOT a reflection on them at all. They were both super nice, and I would recommend them. We just feel some improvement is needed on the scheduling and communication side of things and that switches shouldn't be allowed without informing the client. Thanks!

Kiki was amazing! I travel frequently for work and had a lot of tightness through my neck and upper back. She was able to do nerve releases and really helped to relieve acute pain that I was experiencing. Definitely will be back when visiting Burlington. I wish I could take her home on the plane with me:)

First facial ever at age 55. From the smell entering the building to the smell of the products….so good. Grace was so soft spoken, informed me each step of the way and it was the most relaxing experience of my entire life. Do yourself a favor and book a facial with Grace.

Peter did an excellent job with my massage - he had very deep pressure and clearly knew his muscle anatomy. He was able to release a lot of my tension!
