This spa is a hidden gem in Columbia. My first facial with Kelly was amazing. I have sensitive skin and took that as she did the facial. I've had several massages with Pat and she makes you feel so relaxed. Such a warm and inviting staff that I booked another appointment with Kelly and Pat.

I surely recommend BrightWater Spa for your facial needs & treatments. I specifically go to Kelly & she is amazing! She informs me on what is good & bad to use for my skin & the facials are so enjoyable. Everytime after my face feels smooth, & rejuvenated. Always good conversations & a good time when I go. I go once a month & my face acne has improved so much. If you are debating if you should go or not, GO! You wont be disappointed

This spa is truly a hidden gem in Hickory Ridge, Columbia. If you have the opportunity to be greeted by the warm welcome from the reception ladies, and the talented massage therapists, you will have a phenomenal spa experience. The owner, Jamie Bright, has built an oasis of relaxation! This award-winning spa is one to take notice of! And, the various items for purchase are as unique and different as the spa itself. I will definitely return!

First time ever going to a spa thanks to Christmas gift.i had a very heavenly experience.calm relaxing atmosphere that sets even the most anxious person at ease. I definitely recommend this place, and the wonderful staff members.special shout out to Jen for the massage. Jen treated me like a person and not just a client, and even tailored my needs to the massage due to a recent injury that is still healing. Thank you Jen and the rest of the spa staff at bright water, I look forward to my next visit.

I had an amazing facial experience with Kelly. She is incredibly knowledgeable and recommends the treatment that is right for your skin. I received a retinol peel facial and it was exactly what my skin needed. Kelly made me feel relaxed and I couldn't be happier with the look and feel of my face after treatment. In addition, the front desk staff and general ambiance of the spa makes for a wonderful experience as soon as you walk in the door.

Before the carefree lifestyle of summer ends and the busy days of fall arrive I scheduled a little pampering at Brightwater Spa. I enjoyed a facial, pedicure and manicure. I have to say that each of my experiences were incredibly relaxing and were provided by individuals who really know their art. Kelly provides fantastic facials that always leave my skin feeling healthy and vibrant. Deb provides my manicures and pedicures and always encourages me to try something new which I really enjoy.
