This was my first experience with a head spa, and it was truly magical! Brainwashed LA is a cozy oasis tucked away in a strip mall salon. Michelle was warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived, and she offered a lot of education about the process. The massaging and water felt so amazing that I got ASMR chills from my head to my feet multiple times. Loved the products as well! After the session, Michelle reviewed my scalp with me, and I could see and feel the difference. She even sent a follow-up text with a recap and link to the shampoo. I highly recommend this place if you want to relax and reset!

Michelle is the best! She was attentive, gentle, and guided me through the whole process before, during , and after the session. A truly amazing time. The most relaxing thing i have done in a long time. It was nice seeing the photos of the scalp. Michelle reviewed its condition and what we can do to constantly improve it. The treatment itself was next level. Get the Hour package, it goes by so quick if you get less!
