I want to start by saying that the staff are always very friendly and services are always satisfactory. I’ve been visiting Body and Soul for several years now. My husband and two of my closest friends know that I like go there. They usually get me a gift certificate for special occasions. Sadly, I had an experience that left me with a sour taste in my mouth. I had a $100 certificate that I didn’t realize expired on 12-21-24, and had a service on Feb 22. I was informed that my certificate would be reduced by $5 for every month past expiration. Mind you, this policy isn’t stated anywhere on their site. At the very least, it should. As a busy mom, I don’t get away often and since I had other certificates that I used first, I lost out on money that my husband gifted me to enjoy at Body and Soul. If that is how they want to treat customers who pay for services in advance, then so be it, but I won’t be returning and won’t be recommending to anyone. I am writing this to inform potential clients who might consider the gift certificate option, either pay for your service on the day of, or just visit another salon in town with a more flexible gift certificate policy.

In from out of town, I dropped in on Cara's Friday morning yoga class. The studio space is beautiful! I love the hard wood floors and the natural lighting. Cara is a knowledgeable and experienced instructor who catered her class to the needs of the participants. I was just along for the ride, but had a fantastic workout as a result. Thank you!

Deveney Albright was my Esthetician and she gave me a facial, head massage and hand massage! It was amazing! Deveney knows just how much pressure to apply to make you feel relaxed and rejuvenated! I would highly recommend her and I will for sure be back! She is a natural, a gifted Esthetician! The spa has a beautiful atmosphere and the front desk girls and owner were so kind and helpful! This spa experience was 100% worth my trip to Hays and I can't wait to go back!

Treated ourselves two days in a row. One day for a pedi and the next with a facial Johnessa did both of my service and she was amazing. Not only did she do a great job with my facial and pedi but you can see she genuinely cares about the people and about her job. Mary is also one of my favorite people there as well and the same can be said about the care she puts in. The girls that have done some services on me remember me and say hello even if I’m with someone else which says a lot! Can not recommend this place enough I know spending money on yourself can be hard but it is definitely worth it with these ladies!

I had another great session with Manuel! He's very skilled in deep tissue massage and other touch therapies. Manuel quickly located the places that needed release and fully Incorporated that work into the entirety of the massage, leaving me feeling totally refreshed and rejuvenated-- an experience that's definitely good for the body, good for the soul AND good for the mind too!

I scheduled an appointment from internet information while traveling overnight in Hays. I was slightly concerned when I pulled up to the building but was very pleasantly surprised when I entered into a beautiful spa. The staff were right on time. I had a 90 minute massage that was as good as any I have ever had and I have them weekly when not traveling. Although I did not have a pedicure or manicure, the treatment rooms had large comfortable chairs. I will plan my future travels so I may return.

We had a group go for massages as part of a bachelorette weekend. I had to call back two different times to add more people and they were SO ACCOMMODATING! Very easy to work with, always return phone calls, and very organized. The massages were great and affordably priced. I live in Manhattan and next time I am needing a massage, I am planning it for a day I will be in Hays- they are worth the drive. Thanks for a great experience!!
