Erica has the BEST practice in Nashville. She is the most inviting and patient massage therapist that I've ever had. From beginning to end, I felt taken care of with a level of care and attention that I've never experienced. Her approach to total body wellness is gentle, yet direct. She listens so intentionally and focuses on areas of the body that need the most attention and has given me some great advice on how to maintain my body better with simple habits like water intake and stretches! Absolutely one of the most relaxing and comfortable massages I've ever had the pleasure of booking. In addition to her amazing healing services, Erica is incredibly kind, attentive, and communicative. If anything goes wrong prior to your appointment she will make a point to communicate way ahead of time in such a loving way! Looking forward to many many more appointments with her!!

Erica is very professional, detailed oriented, and has amazing insight. She has the ability to point out things that I need without me having to put language to it. Her skillset in one that I have not been able to find else where and I live in another state. Yes, she’s that good that I travel from Texas to Nashville for her services. I suggest that if it’s your first time to get her 90 minute service. You will literally walk out feeling like a new person. I would recommend Body Psyche Wellness Center to anyone. Do yourself a FAVOR!!! Erica is amazingly intuitive and a true healer. I swear she knew what I needed before I even explained. I felt so cared for and very comfortable during my appointment.
