I recently had my first-ever massage at this spa and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Booking a deep muscle massage online was super easy and convenient. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel so welcome. Elle was fantastic—she ensured I was comfortable throughout the session and focused on the areas that needed attention. It was exactly what I needed, and I left feeling incredibly relaxed. Thank you for such a wonderful experience! Highly recommend!

I got the Needful Things ritual package and had Katie. Wow! By far the best massage I’ve ever had. I felt so cared for throughout the entire process. I appreciated how much time and thought Katie put into my experience, to make sure all my needs were met. The entire place is wonderful; clean and relaxing environment. Kevin at the front made me feel welcomed and cozy immediately on entering. Wonderful energy throughout the entire place and it is very evident that the people who work of here take great effort to build that sense of harmony and comfort. This was my first introduction to bolus’ and I highly recommend them, especially if you want heat but find hot stones a little too intensive for you. I like both, but the bolus adds wonderful pressure and gentle soothing heat. Also, need to talk about the table. Wow, wow, and did I say… WOW. The massage tables here are amazing! They feel like laying on a cloud, and they are super adjustable for maximum comfort. And that adds so much to the overall experience. I simply can’t say enough nice things about this place. I can’t wait to come back!

I called and was able to be squeezed in same day, I was pleasantly surprised. I got a prenatal massage done by Elle, it was the most amazing massage I’ve ever had in my life. I don’t think I’ve ever been so relaxed lol. She did such an amazing job and my shoulder and back hasn’t felt this good in years. I made another appointment for 2 weeks because that’s how good it was. I highly recommend Elle and body of needs spa. Also the front desk lady was so sweet and accommodating. Thank you Elle for taking such good care of me ! I will be a lifelong customer here

Laura at the front desk is lovely! She helped us through every step of our appointment set up. She seems to love her job and is proud of the work she does Our masseuse, Jeff and Angel, made us feel very comfortable. They were very good at what they do. We do not get massages regularly but will definitely return.

This place is amazing. I knew from the moment I scheduled the appointment. Scheduling was smooth sailing, the spa manager is so sweet. My massage therapist (Katie) was phenomenal. I got a full body scrub and massage. The details matter and they listened and customized my experience. Did I mention the massage table?? The most comfortable I've ever been on! I'm in town from Oklahoma, I'll be back to Body of Needs every time I'm in CT. Put this place on your list- five stars across the board!

I absolutely love Body of Needs!! Went for a Needful Things Ritual and it was amazing. Katie was attentive, gentle, and tailored everything to my needs. I left feeling like a new person, and very soft! The staff made me feel very welcome and comfortable! I recommend everyone try out this spa as soon as you can!

I received a gift certificate for a massage as Christmas gift last year. Why I waited a whole year to use it, I couldn’t tell you. My experience was nothing but positive from the moment I stopped in to schedule my appointment to the moment I got in my car after my massage was completed. Everyone was super friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend Body Of Needs to anyone who could use some pampering, de-stressing, and/or relaxation. Just a wonderful experience all around !
