I didn’t like the music. The lady giving me the body massage didn’t put attention on my request. I told her to put more time on my legs but she put more time on my back, neck and head. I said what the hell she is massaging my hair and head. This was a 90 minutes massage. I will travel to Bangkok, Hanoi to get a real deal massage. Thank you.

Scheduled a 2 hour massage over the phone about a week out and went to the appointment, finding out that I had no appointment. There was no resolution from the front desk, only that they didn't have anything available.
