I have only been here twice so far and have LOVED BOTH MY EXPERIENCES! First experience was a gifted couple massage from my fiancé, I had Raquel, she was as wonderful and sweet!!!!! (I never got the name of my fiancé’s masseuse) but we both left extremely happy and relaxed! The experience was amazing and I felt very comfortable the entire time! Second experience was a pedicure! I had left work with my feet feeling sore and left the appointment with my feet feeling smooth, Anita was amazing! She was fun and kind, and overall a wonderful woman! I cannot wait to go back! Thank you to Body Health and Mind for being my new go to place!

I went into the salon, wanting quite a bit cut off my hair, along with color. Brooke explained everything she was doing to my hair as she was doing it, including the products she was using. The finished product looked amazing! I will definitely go back to see Brooke for all my hair needs.

I love going to Body Health & Mind Center Med Spa & Salon! I've only been there twice, but the service and staff are always lovely. Raquel has seen me both times for different services. She is sweet and friendly, explains everything to me, and asks me questions to use the right products for my skin type. Today, I had a facial; it was one of the best experiences ever. My face feels so nice and healthy now. Also, the spa itself is cute and friendly. I feel relaxed from the moment I walk in the door. I'm excited about my following appointments.

I can't praise the girls enough. Me and my ol lady just went for full body massages and I have to say I'm more then impressed with the prices and the service.
