Body Harmony Day Spa

This was my first experience at Body Harmony, and I must say, it was the most exceptional massage I’ve ever received. The attention to detail from my therapist was truly remarkable. They made me feel valued and appreciated as a customer, which is a rare and precious feeling in the spa industry. From the moment I stepped into the spa, I was enveloped in a serene atmosphere. The smell of the sheets, the wider massage tables, the products they use, the music, and the lighting all contributed to the calming ambiance. I must say they were incredibly pleasant and welcoming. I couldn’t recommend this place more and will definitely be returning. For my 5th Anniversary, I decided to treat my husband to a couples massage at Body Harmony. I’m so glad I did! The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring that we had a wonderful time. We left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated, and we’re already planning another couples massage in the near future. I had a 10 o’clock appointment on a Saturday for a 2 1/2 hour massage and a treats. I arrived on time and didn’t have to wait at all. My massage therapist, gave me a fantastic massage with the stones, focusing on the areas of my back that were causing me pain. After the massage, treated me to a lovely Chocolate drizzled strawberry and brownie. She started by opening my pores, oiling my face, and then applying a mud mask with some hot towel treatment to close my pores. This was my first mud facial, and she did an amazing job. I’ll definitely be returning for more mud in the future. This place is a hidden gem! Their therapists have magical hands that can find all the knots and tension in your body. They’ve really helped me feel a difference. In my opinion, their massage is similar to a medical massage, but more effective than most places. I’ve had thousands of massages throughout my life, and this one stands out as the best. Thank you Body Harmony (That being said) The only concern I had was the previous inaccuracies in the reviews. However, contrary to what others have claimed, they don’t leave you to ‘marinate’ for an hour of your appointment. They don’t ‘walk away and do whatever’ either. When my massage therapist walked away, it was only to retrieve something she needed for my benefit, such as hot towels, the scrub, or oil. I kept track of how long she was away, and she only left for 5-15 seconds at a time, and only 6-7 times throughout the entire session. They also ask if you’d like oil in your hair to enhance the massage, and you can agree or kindly refuse. Just note that the oil is thick, and they do provide some clarifying shampoo to remove it. For me, it wasn’t enough shampoo, but I have XL HAIR! The slippers they provide looked a bit sketchy, so I decided to just go barefoot instead. We listen and we don't judge 🧑‍⚖️🤪🤪 Lastly, I did request a reasonable accommodation to bring my son !!!!!who most notably stayed completely silent and didn't interrupt the entire session!!!! And that was pretty cool that they allowed him to chill to.

For my very first massage, this was an amazing experience. My practitioner, Annette, was amazing with my session. She made me feel super comfortable through the entire session and listened to me when I said I wanted a DEEP tissue massage. Even when she figured out she forgot my mud mask, she still stayed and offered me the service to make sure I got everything I was paying for. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to try it solo. Amazing people, beautiful venues, and an overall unforgettable experience. Will definitely be back next time I swing around.

Absolutely loved our experience at Body Harmony in Broken Bow. From the moment I booked with miss Val over the phone to the moment we arrived to the moment we drove off the property, PURE PEACE & RELAXATION! Worth every dollar to the cent. Special thank you to Ashley for making my Husband so so comfortable and relaxed. The amount of love and attention you gave his post surgery shoulder, he is forever grateful. Annette my dear thank you for you attentiveness. The sound healing and hot towel cocoon were my favorites! As a fellow selfcare service provider, I absolutely would recommend Body Harmony! Already looking for a reason to return to Broken Bow just to have those 2 1/2 hours of paradise.

My husband and I have been going to Body Harmony for several years. We have recommended it to our friends and family time and time again. We took my 80 year old MIL for a Mother’s day gift (she had never had a massage). They were the absolute best and sweetest to her and took into consideration of her significant arthritis and health issues. They went above and beyond to accommodate her. She literally was teary eyed with happiness of the care she received. My husband and I always get the Couples Room. Ashley has been amazing with us each time. Yes, it’s 90 minutes split between the two of you and while one is being massaged, the other has been slathered with the best oils and scrubs you can imagine, letting it soak in. Very relaxing experience each time and we don’t want our time to end. The beds are so beneficial and specially designed by a doctor. The soft music relaxes you into a nap at times as well.We go as often as we possibly can. As I have read many of the reviews, I am so surprised to see ANY negative comments. In our opinion it is the epitome of luxury with attention to every detail. I know everyone is entitled to their opinion, of course, but keep in mind when you see one negative, there are tenfold positives. Most negatives are never discussed with the establishment, yet published on many platforms. If you are happy or displeased ALWAYS speak to the establishment to try to remedy a situation. As an owner of a business myself, it is greatly encouraged and appreciated for a person to speak on behalf of the establishments services. I highly recommend a 2nd visit, a fifth visit, a 20th visit!! You will not be displeased!

WOW, talk about relaxing!! The practitioner was absolutely amazing at her job!! Massage from head to toe!! I’ve never been so relaxed. I think my favorite part was the scalp massage!! To top it all off we received chocolate covered strawberries, a brownie, a robe, and slippers!! 😍😍 I cannot wait to go back!!

My husband and I decided to try the time out, 2 hour switch massage. We loved it! Erica did an AMAZING job and we had a very relaxing experience.

I forgot to do this review right after and sadly cannot recall the sweet lady who did our massage experience. She was awesome! My table didn’t have the music vibration but she did her best to get it on. After the massages I jumped on hubby’s table and felt how amazing it felt. The hot oil treatment helped my hair so much I would do it again today! Thank you for helping us celebrate our 33rd anniversary, we needed the pampering so much. And our weekend was incredible and you just topped it off! We will be back!!
