Jennifer knows the body! Had an excellent experience with my message therapist. Came in for tight neck and upper back. Jen carefully assessed and treated my tight muscles while also focusing on where my arms were tight and contributing to the stress on my upper back. A different (and better) type of deep tissue where there isn’t just pressure on the knot itself (which can be painful) but rather what muscles are causing the issues. I booked through classpass and the process was seamless for me. The staff was extremely professional throughout and welcoming to new guests. I’ve already booked another appointment and look forward to coming back for my next session! My only recommendation for the spa would be to offer dynamic cupping as a service which does not bruise and allows for better recovery the following day.

Nice, quiet place. Great massage with Jennifer. She could tell where I was very tight and adjusted the massage accordingly. Was very knowledgeable about why I was so out of alignment. Highly recommend!

You simply will not find a better massage in Hoboken or New York City as far as I'm concerned… I have been going to Body Balance every month for at least a decade and I cannot recommend it highly enough. For the past several years I have been seeing fatime and she is amazing… But I have absolutely no doubt that everybody working there would give a fabulous massage! All members of the staff are truly a pleasure… Top-notch customer service, always so incredibly friendly. It's truly a pleasure going there… Something I look forward to every month!!

I loved my appointment, I felt asleep and felt so relax that I was in a deep state where I was in the beach relaxing with the sea. All my body feels sooo much relax and in place. Jenn is amazing! It was my first time having a massage and she made me feel so much comfortable. I can’t wait to have my next one !!!

Great service for a 60 mins massage. It was frustrating booking through ClassPass as ClassPass scheduling is not synced with what is actually available so there’s too much backwards / forwards over text to get an appointment booked. Massage itself was very relaxing however I had asked for a head massage to also be included in the 60 mins and the therapist said she will do it but then she forgot to do it in the end and then time ran out. Hence the 3 stars.

The most magical massage with Jen! I don’t typically leave reviews, but I was so relaxed after this, it’s warranted. She listened to exactly what I wanted and was able to relieve shoulder/neck tension that prior massages never seemed to help. Will definitely be coming back!!
