I had my first visit with Blue Diamond and it won't be my last. I really loved this place immediately. It's a beauriful and clean space, and Christy was kind, knowledgeable and friendly. She put me right at ease, and did and excellent job waxing. I'm also looking forward to a massage with Shannon. I've definitely found a new favorite place.

I had such a wonderful experience here! The facial was extremely relaxing, and the accomodations were great. The interior of the building was very well decorated, and Ms. Christy was very kind, professional, and clearly dedicated to her client's comfort and her job.

You cannot go wrong choosing Blue Diamond for whatever spa needs you may have. My wife has been here many times and I just recently went for massage therapy. Shannon and Christy are both highly trained and knowledgeable in their respective fields and are as nice as can be. Shannon is a great massage therapist. She helped me with my back pain. Last year, Christy so kindly did a free consultation for a back wax to determine if my skin would break out from treatment. They both thoroughly explain their processes and help you to understand the benefits of their services. My wife and I always consider Blue Diamond first!

Update; They did reach out to apologize and offered a free massage. I believe this is a good business ran by good people. There was just a miscommunication. My girlfriend booked an appointment here as a treat to herself for working very hard at a physically demanding job. Now I am sure that this place is able to offer a great PHYSICAL massage but my girlfriend would not know. I think they should make sure that the client understands what the whole process will be because my girlfriend was under the impression that there would be a lengthy physical rub down and instead she received electrical work (we can't remember what the technical name was). My girlfriend said her masseuse was knowledgeable about the process and was kind. My girlfriend was interested in it (despite not being able to feel the electricity) and when the time finally came for a physical massage she was excited because that's ultimately what she wanted except that it was extremely short lived and the appointment was over leaving her wanting. I'm not saying that this is a bad business or that it was a rip off I am just stating that if your expecting a traditional massage to perhaps specify to them thats what you want.

Kristy is amazing! I had my first wax here and haven't been anywhere else yet! She is calming and makes you feel comfortable the entire time. She explains every part of the process so well. I love everything about going here!

I had a great experience getting a Brazilian wax today!!! My waxer was patient and very kind with me. She would stop when I couldn’t handle the pain and make me feel as comfortable as possible. There was great conversation and soothing music in the background. She also made sure to remove ALL of the hair unlike other waxers. I would definitely recommend this place!!!
