I had an amazing facial with Ivetta! She was so kind and informative, answering all of my questions thoroughly. I have really congested pores and she spent a good bit of time on extractions, making my skin look so much better! Everyone at the spa was so welcoming! We had a small group of women there for a bachelorette and they treated us so well!

I visited Blu Water Day Spa for a Royal Pedicure. It was a fabulous experience. I was greeted at the door by a friendly receptionist. She immediately found my reservation and escorted me to the back to get comfortable and prepared for my treatment. The entire atmosphere of the spa was relaxing. My nail technician was very helpful. She made me feel relaxed and offered me wine or beverage as well as nuts to snack on while receiving services. The Royal Pedicure was fabulous. It was all that was expected based on the description. I left feeling completely calm. I will highly recommend this establishment for spa services. I plan to return to try some of their other services.

Tiffany always does an amazing job with my dip nails, and for this set she recreated the picture I showed her to a T! Perfect shape, smooth rounding, subtle apex, sturdy yet natural looking. I appreciate that she soaks off fully and is very gentle with my natural nail. I don’t live in the area but whenever I visit I ask for her. These are the nails I got for my wedding- wouldn’t trust anyone but her!

I love this place! I visit ❤️Elena❤️ every 2-4 weeks and I love how neat and professional she is. She can do any design you wish. The gel never chips or comes off (even though I do cook and clean every day). Highly recommend this salon! They have lots of other services that I haven’t tried yet. P.S. I live in Manassas, VA area and don’t mind to commute to Kensington, MD, because it’s worth it!

This is my 2nd time here. I went to Kelly this time. I asked for a French fry mani and it turned out horrible. Kelly is nice but she did a bad job. Management told me I can reschedule to get it fixed without charge. I told them I could come in 2 weeks. I went to Tiffany and she did a good job however they charged me anyway and went back on their word. Customer service should be a top priority but in this place that’s not the case.

I went to Blu Water for the first time. I had the BEST massage ever! Nicky was super friendly. Nicky also listened to me and my concerns. I would recommend Nicky for anyone! Thanks Nicky for an awesome experience! When I visit family again, I will be back!!

Update: Editing my review as I think the quality of the nail service isn't as great as before. I recently got a manicure but came out with nails in different shapes, bubbles in the nail polish itself, bumpy nails and just the polish wasn't applied evenly. It already chipped after 1 day. Nice and calming place, makes it more special to come in for a mani&pedi. Staff is friendly, I usually get a standard manicure and it tends to last over a week. They also have a nice selection of Essie nail polish.

If you are looking for a calming and relaxing experience and to be pampered by the most talented professionals, then Blu Water Day Spa is the place for you! I have been going to this place for years and I have never received anything less than exceptional service. They always do amazing work, but Phillip did the truly went above and beyond to take care of me the day before my wedding last week. I could not be happier with the results of my classic French nails and I received so many compliments on them!!! Thanks for always making me feel special and even more so for my special day 🥰
