I came here for my birthday for the Head Spa experience, which included a mini facial. I loved the atmosphere inside! Joscelyn was friendly and made me feel very welcome. I never had a head spa treatment before, so I have nothing else to compare it to, but I thought it was great and I felt very relaxed afterwards. They make their own vegan hair and skincare products, which she used during my session and my hair and skin felt amazing after. I ended up buying the Density Elixir that she used, because I liked it so much.

I cannot recommend Black Label Society Spa enough! From the start, the professionalism and client care were apparent in the in depth questionnaire required for facials and head spa treatments, attention to detail and cleanliness . Upon my arrival, Joscelyn took the time to sit down and discuss further in depth any issues I have with my skin and scalp and what I would like to see moving forward. Joscelyn was professional and very clearly knowledgeable about the products I have used and the products she recommended to me for my treatment. I felt like I was in good hands and trusted the process. When I say I saw a noticeable difference in my skin and the way my hair felt after I left, I mean it. My skin had this glow that I had not seen in a while and my hair and scalp felt lighter and bouncier. The entire experience from start to finish was worth more than 5 stars in my opinion and I already booked my next appointment! If you are looking for a spa that cleanly, brings the comfy vibes, and has wonderful estheticians like Joscelyn, I highly recommend you check out Black Label Society Spa!

Lacy did hair and Andrea did makeup for the bride, 2 mothers, and 6 bridesmaids for our wedding, and they did an outstanding job. They maintained a perfect, tight schedule, and yet each person they styled had a unique and flattering look. My mother in law actually felt tears in her eyes when she looked in the mirror with her hair/makeup done, because she felt more fabulous than she had in some time! Andrea also did my (the bride’s) spray tan, which looked very natural and stayed on through multiple days of wedding events. Black Label Society was a delight to work with, highly recommend!

Jocelyn was beyond amazing—her expertise and care made the head spa treatment so relaxing, and I left with my hair feeling better than ever before. My girlfriends and I recently treated ourselves to a head spa and mini facial, and it was absolute heaven! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming, with soft music, dim lighting, and a relaxing aroma that immediately set the tone. The head spa portion was my favorite—it started with a gentle scalp massage using warm, nourishing oils that left my hair feeling silky and hydrated. If you’re looking for a way to unwind and refresh your skin, I highly recommend this with Abby!! It was a great way to swing the afternoon with friends and will definitely go back.

I treated myself to a birthday spa day, getting the Head Spa + Facial combo experience, and oh my gosh it did not disappoint. Black Label Society is beautifully designed and has a very cozy, relaxing aesthetic that is further enhanced for the appointment itself. Kari was an amazing esthetician and so attentive to my relaxation and experience overall. I will SO be back!

I booked a head spa and mini facial with Kari. The appointment didn’t start on time which I was contacted that it was going start 10 minutes late. When I got there the door was locked and I was standing in the rain. Apparently they lock the door when completing the service. It would have been nice to be informed of that prior. I walked back to my car and sat for 15 minutes. The service was relaxing and Kara was very sweet. However they do not blow dry your hair. I had been to a head spa before at a different spot and they blow dried my hair. So I just assumed that they would too. I was offered a blow dryer to dry my own hair. Kari informed me she was not licensed to blow dry. I opted to blow dry my hair at home. After drying my hair it is very oily. (I have long, thick hair). Maybe my hair just didn’t take to the products.

This will be my new spot to get away and self care!!!! Kari's facials are amazing and Jocelyn is the GOAT with the head spa and waxing. She was very accommodating and made me feel relaxed she also catered to my plus size figure and made some adjustments just so I enjoyed the experience and guess what? I did!! I felt like jelly when I got home. Thank you so much ☺️ will be back to get all services this is my go to and you should go here too if you are looking for peaceful place to unwind.
