My son and I had a couples massage today .During his hockey tournaments for PDI, 2025 and it was amazing, we will be coming back! Best massage I’ve ever had in Anchorage ,Alaska. Hands down. I have one every time I come to Anchorage at different places. I called & said I could be there in 5 minutes and they went above and beyond. 170 total at $85 each not bad at all. $50 tip and was happy to do so. If anybody needs their body readjusted, this is all in one young lady walked on my back and knew exactly what she was doing. Beautiful serene Setting with relaxation music with raindrops. Will tell my friends about this experience So they can also enjoy.

This was my third visit to BKK. My first two experiences with their massage therapist called Pixie were excellent, which is why I decided to return. However, this time was a complete disappointment. The therapist assigned named “Lisa” had only three months of experience, and it was the worst massage I’ve ever had in my 20 years of receiving massages. I gave it 30 minutes, hoping it would improve, but it didn’t. She simply pressed on my body in a way anyone could do, poured oil over me, and just spread it around with barely any pressure. I eventually requested a different therapist, who thankfully way much better. When it came time to pay, I left a 10-15% tip on the total bill. However, the staff member processing my payment commented that the tip was too small for two therapists. I explained that the first therapist provided such poor service that tipping generously would not be fair. I even suggested they try her massage to understand my dissatisfaction. Aren’t tips supposed to reflect good service? This experience was incredibly frustrating, and I won’t be returning. I’ll find another place in the future and wouldn’t recommend BKK to anyone.

This is such a hard review for me cause I have been a couple times now as walk in, and absolutely love their massages. I would give a 5 star, but I called day of to get on their schedule last weekend and when I showed up to my scheduled time, they had the door locked and refused anymore customers as they were too busy. Very disappointing, but I will still be back and back again as it’s soooo worth the massage and true Thai technique they offer. Don’t let the metal beams scare you, they use it for full body work which is how I knew it’d be a good authentic massage when I walked in. See picture (post-massage).

Great deep tissue walk on back massage, just what I needed, great for people who like a firm and heavy pressure. Used hot oil and did some stretches very professional and offered hot tea. Clean quiet room.

Hands down, best massage I have ever received. If you’re looking to get the BEST, most intuitive, deep tissue massage- look no further. Kim was amazing and if I could I would have her be my personal masseuse for the rest of my life. Not joking, she’s that great. Plus, a very authentic atmosphere considering both our massage therapists are from Thailand originally! Overall great experience and my body feels so good. :)
