We recently had the most amazing experience at Willow and Birch Spa! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was calm and inviting, with soft music and a relaxing scent that immediately set the tone for our visit. The staff was incredibly warm and attentive, making sure every detail of our experience was perfect. We opted for a couples massage and it was absolutely incredible! Our massage therapists were skilled and intuitive, working out all the tension in our shoulders and back. We also appreciated the little touches, like the cozy robes, sauna, and peaceful relaxation area. It’s clear that this spa takes pride in creating a truly rejuvenating experience for their guests. We left feeling completely refreshed and can’t wait to return for another visit. If you’re looking for a place to unwind and treat yourself, I highly recommend Willow and Birch Spa! Kent and Lynn

Upon entering the lobby the guest is greeted with smiles from the receptionist, peaceful music and clean, spa smells. We loved the free sauna time and the lounge was comfortable and quiet with plenty of seating. The amenities like robes and slippers, showers with rain head faucets and fluffy towels, and heated and scented neck pillows were perfect experience enhancements. Our massages were incredibly relaxing, but the entire experience was just perfect. We weren’t hurried, but told to relax and take our time and enjoy the extra pampering areas provided. We will definitely be back.

The spa it self is beautiful and relaxing. From the sauna to the table!! I had a one hour massage with Sophia and she was wonderful. Leaving feeling relaxed and refreshed!

Wonderful spa! I nearly fell asleep during services. Shannon gave me the best massage I've ever had! Perfect pressure. This spa is clean, quiet, and provides all I needed for a girls day with my daughter. Absolutely loved the whole experience!

You will have an amazing experience here. I booked a couples massage. We went in the morning had the sauna to ourselves which that allow was worth it same with the lounge while we waited for our appointment time. The massage itself was beyond relaxing Andrea was amazing and ally had my husband sound asleep and snoozing 🙄. Will definitely be back and looking forward to trying other services.

Was gifted a gift certificate to Birch and Willow and decided on a 1 hour relaxation massage. I had no idea going in that this place was pure pampering! After changing into my robe and slippers I got a cold drink and relaxed in the calming wait room until it was time for my massage. Sophia Rantz did my massage and was just the sweetest and made sure to ask me about my problem areas and she was very careful and thoughtful to my foot that had gone through a bad injury. I highly recommend her. After my massage she gave me a cold glass of water and a warm neck pillow and got me in the sauna to relax for a bit before I left. All around this place is just inviting, super clean and calm and you really get the full pampering experience. I will 100% be back!

I recently had a massage with my wife in the couples room. Actually a mother and daughter gave us our massages. I had Sherri Ricketts and she did an amazing job. Highly recommend her or her daughter at this facility. Definitely will be back.

We were in town for a relaxing fall getaway staying at the Grotto resort and booked massages in the couples room. Birch & Willow made it very easy to book our services. Their amenities were 5 star all around for pleasant environment, cleanliness and comfortable robes, beds and rooms. The massage therapists were incredible and we left feeling so refreshed. They also have a little retail area to buy the products they use during the massages. My husband and I highly recommend Birch & Willow spa!
