I recently visited Birch Botanical Spa and saw Abigail. She gave me a truly relaxing Signature Facial with dermaplaning which left my skin feeling fresh, rejuvenated, and glowing. Her warm and friendly demeanor made me feel completely at ease, and her attention to detail throughout the session was incredible. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches that made the experience truly exceptional-- like the warm towels, delightful aromatherapy oils, soothing music. I mentioned my hands ached and she messaged them for me which was very thoughtful. Abigail and Birch Botanical Spa truly deliver a top-tier experience, and I can't recommend them enough. I'll definitely be returning soon

Birch Botanical Spa is hands down an exceptional spa experience. Highly recommend the Tibetan energy alignment. I’ve done this several times and wow - I’m always amazed at how I feel afterwards. The facials are phenomenal (and so are the products). Birch Botanicals is my go-to when I need to focus on self care or hit the reset button. Their treatments would make a fantastic gift - GC’s are available online (which my husband says is so convenient) or in-house. Lacy and the ladies at Birch Botanical are nothing less than extraordinary.

I have seen Nikki half a dozen times so far and each visit has been amazing. Every time I visit I walk out so relaxed, refreshed and wishing I could stay just a little longer. She takes her time, never rushing the service. I also appreciate that Nikki doesn’t push the products. We always end up having a natural conversation about my skin needs and she suggests different things to try. I have purchased a few products (very reasonably priced) and love them; Especially the ones they make in house!

The environment is incredibly relaxing and peaceful. Shannon was my massage therapist and did a wonderful job. She listened to my needs and reasoning for coming in and delivered exactly that! I had the signature massage with the hot oil head massage add on which was 100% worth it!!
