I've been here twice for services and they are extraordinary! Very quiet & cozy seating area to wait in while enjoying a heated neck wrap. I personally saw Danielle and when we went into the room she was great at explaining the process of whats going to happen during the appointment! She's very knowledgeable and cares about helping her clients! It genuinely feels like a 0 judgement place no matter the service you're getting! 10/10 will recommend this place to anyone looking to get a service they offer!

As a plus size woman, it is very anxiety inducing to book services. You never know if furniture will fit or if your therapist is comfortable working with a bigger body. When I booked with BHAV, I was quickly reassured people of all sizes are welcome. I had a body wrap with Kelsey. It was fantastic. I was at ease the moment I walked in. The actual treatment was amazing. I was so relaxed, and Kelsey set up the space to make it super accessible to me and my body. I highly recommend BHAV to anyone, especially folks that may be a bit self conscious or concerned about fitting comfortably on massage tables.

I’m not one to leave reviews but felt compelled after such an amazing experience. I saw Lauren for a facial over the weekend and my skin is glowing! Not only was she knowledgeable about tone/texture/skin barrier/etc., but she gave me great product recommendations that were affordable and clean as well! As for the spa itself, it was an unexpected escape from the Vermont chill that oozed cozy vibes and left me feeling so relaxed. Will definitely be returning.

BHAV is one of my favorite places to go! The atmosphere is always calm and relaxing. Danielle provides great waxing and facials. I just went to Taylor for a massage and she was amazing. You won’t regret treating yourself here.

I received a treatment from Lauren and it was one of the most comfortable spa experiences that I've had in a long time. She's professional, but also really personable! She took the time to understand my skincare routines and offered some great advice and products to upgrade the experience. Definitely would book an appointment with her again!!!

We booked massages for three days. If you are an athlete, (basketball player, crossfit outdoor cycling athlete) and/or into big fitness for instance lifting a heavy barbell, back home or on your vacation? If you are looking to restore your joints and muscles so you can do it all over again? BHAV is the spot to hit! If you are looking for deep tissue Ryan and Taylor are my top two massage therapists!!! They use scented and non scented oil. They tailor to the client and and are reactive to what your body needs. If you like deep tissue/target areas of the muscles do see either Ryan or Taylor!!! The best massages ever!!! Our third therapist was Kelsey who is more tailored to a relaxing/soothing massage. She is not deep tissue. She does not use oil at all, she likes to keep a cooler room and there was no heated pad : ( sorry had you twice.

The spa is very clean, warm and inviting - I booked the Best of Both Worlds massage and facial and am so glad I did! Kelsey was wonderful- this being my first facial, she made me feel very comfortable and I didn’t want the time to end- I can’t wait to come back!

An amazing experience. Taylor was exceptional at working release with muscle issues, knots and wonderful hands to smooth. Mini facial an added bonus making my skin radiant and feeling so lovely. Please make sure you visit, it's worth it.
