Lovely facility with pleasant staff, relaxing environment, great massage. Would only give .5 star off if I could purely for the online booking aspect which seems to be new for Betty’s. I booked a massage for 2 and added a pregnancy add-on for myself. Booked and confirmed. Day of appointment, it seems what I booked was not reflecting correctly in their system and was told twice that I did not add the pregnancy add-on (even though my itinerary shows the add-on) and I was “lucky” my masseuse was trained in pregnancy massages because she was the only one. Oh well, no one’s fault but technology I guess. I would advise people to double confirm any add ons they choose if booking online BEFORE your massage to avoid running into issues at the facility. Or just call and book. :) overall, a great second time and will return.

Betty’s Bath & Day Spa is a staple in our community, and for good reason. Tucked away in the North Valley, Betty’s is consistent in providing high quality TLC in an environment that is minimalist in design and execution. Most recently, I booked 60 minutes all for my self in the private salt water hot tub suite. With this, you also have access to a private sauna and cold shower that make for a great rotation in promoting healthy circulation in the body. Service was and has always been great here, and there’s a boutique in the main space that offers elevated gifts worth looking at. Thank you for consistently being SO great!

I really love the spa for some quiet relaxation and pampering. I've had a number of wonderful massages and soaks. They've changed their policy now, and you have to book and pay for soak time and use the sauna. That was a nice bonus with a massage. This last visit was a private party with soak, sauna, steam, and private lounge. I believe this is now discontinued, and we were the last one. Sadly, it was a little pricey, and we were not informed they had already converted the lounge to a doubles massage room, so there was no lounging for our party. Just left feeling a bit disappointed in the lack of communication and no compensation for lack of offering.

Awesome massage. The hot towels were a nice touch. 1 star off for not having a private changing room or allowing disrobing in the massage room itself. Maybe I'm not accustomed to going to spas for massages, but I was not pleased about having to change in a shared locker room. Especially because it was 20 degrees colder in there after I left the massage room. I also find it disappointing that they only accept credit cards and then charge you tax on an already $200 service. The spa experience for me added very little except extra cost to a wonderful massage. Otherwise it was very clean and everyone was friendly.

Wonderful atmosphere and physically healing. I went for a massage and got the heat treatment (I love heat, so the massage therapist made sure the towels were extra toasty). It was so relaxing that next time, I am going to get a longer session. It also helped relieve the pressure from my pulled muscles. Highly recommend Betty's.

I called about a week or two in advanced, and they were able to quickly schedule me at the perfect time for me. This was my first spa/massage experience so I was unsure what to get, and they were very helpful and kind in helping me pick what type of massage I needed. My masseuse Victoria talked me through what was happening while also keeping the majority of the massage in silence so I could focus on the relaxing ambiance. It smells amazing in there and they play calming music. They also have great little goodies you can buy at the end such as chocolates, lotions, candles, etc. All in all I was very impressed and satisfied with my first visit there and I would love to come back :)

We took our 94 year old mother to Bettys for a facial. Mom had never had a facial so interest was high. What a wonderful experience! The staff went above and beyond to give her a positive experience. They were gentle patient and caring. Mom had a wonderful time. We have been going to Bettys for 10 years or more usually for the hot tub and massages so we knew it was a special business but this exceeded our expectations. We will all come back. A hidden gem in the north valley! Viva Betty's!
