I had such a relaxing and rejuvenating experience at Salt Cave. The atmosphere was incredibly calming from the moment I walked in, and the entire session left me feeling refreshed and at ease. A special shoutout to Monique—she was absolutely wonderful! She took the time to explain everything, made sure I was comfortable, and added such a warm, welcoming energy to the experience. Her kindness and attentiveness truly made the visit even better. If you’re looking for a peaceful escape and a chance to unwind, I highly recommend this place. I’ll definitely be back!

Monique did a fantastic job taking care of us on March 29. We had the last appt of the day. She explained everything we needed. She was friendly and personable. She made us feel comfortable. It was my friend’s bday gift and her first time. We will be returning in the future.

This establishment is simply AMAZING. My first visit to a salt cave in Bethesda, MD was this past Saturday. The experience, staff and owner are out of this world. Mo, is simply amazing and gave us a wonderful experience, but the owner hands down was truly a lifesaver. During my experience I ended up having an emergency that required me to potentially leave the venue and cut my experience short, which would have put a damper on the evening but when the owner saw how distressed I was she immediately offered to assist so that I could continue to have a wonderful experience in her establishment. Janine is a wonderful human being full of kindness, joy and of service to others. Long story short a time was had.

My friend invited us to celebrate her birthday at this salt cave experience. Mo took such great care of us! Truly the “hostess with the most-ess!” She accommodated us with a balance of attentiveness and respect for our privacy. When it came to product knowledge, she was able to answer my questions. I insisted that she take this photo with me. What a gem!

I love to bring my kids to the salt cave to support their immune and nervous systems. The staff is so patient, kind accomodating and grounding. Monique was especially wonderful. The salt room shifts our energy right away and everyone becomes calm. The whole vibe of the place is A+ on a consistent basis.

We enjoyed our first salt cave experience. Staff was super friendly. With allergies and eczema flaring, gave the salt cave with halo therapy a try. We were fortunate to be the only ones in the room. I brought a few toys for the kids and alternated play, meditation, gratitude and deep breathing with them. May or may not be related but my allergies and sinuses feel better. My 2.5yo who usually has congestion at night is sleeping well without congestion related issues. We’ll be coming back again! FYI on kids prices: Reserved this online not realizing that there are kids prices. If you intend to book a session with kids, call to make your reservation. (Can’t remember but it was priced at something like 1st child 1/2 price and 2nd free).
