Good experience with the deluxe cleansing scalp treatment and massage! Me and my friend made an appointment night prior and got in fast. Overall pleasant experience and felt satisfied. Not sure if because it was the last appointment of the day but I felt a bit rushed and mine ended a bit earlier than my friends. He didn’t brush out my hair/really do much with the face despite the deluxe including cleaning/facial and vs. my friend where her technician brushed and felt like was more attentive. Her appoint lasted about 15 longer as well. The water on her bed also broke halfway through and hot water ran out so kinda sad bc it damped the experience. They also had little treats which I was wondering what to do to qualify bc we spent $119 each (+$30 for tip). Friendly staff esp the front desk woman - she gave us coupons. Would return again to try and see if better service but would maybe go earlier in the day and different tech.

The best spa in all of Boston— yes I said it!! The reception is warm, welcoming and incredibly attentive— always ready to help you book your appointment (online or in-person), set it to recurring or one-time only, explain their services and their recommendations in illustrative detail, and work you into their availability with cheer. I've only ever had a 5 star experience here, from the reception, waitstaff, masseuse and amenities every month I visit. The team here is truly skilled in what they do, and genuinely thoughtful in their hospitality. I'd suggest confirming a recurring appointment for best results, especially when it comes to their deep tissue massage or the scalp detox treatment. Thank you MG Team !! 💞

I've come here many times, and it's consistently been a good experience, but my last visit was a bit of a mess. We had appointments but had to wait for thirty minutes to begin. There was a loud argument in the reception area while we waited. The massage wasn't very good. I think the therapist was upset from the argument. We paid for an hour, and the massage lasted 45 minutes. Sadly, I'm going to try another spa.

I got the deep cleanse facial, Swedish body massage and basic hair spa. The lady who gave me the facial and the facial itself were absolutely wonderful! She walked me through each step and was very gentle. I enjoyed it and saw some great results with my skin. The lady who gave me the massage, we had some language barriers and although I kept asking her to apply less pressure, she didn’t understand it and today my body hurts a few hours after the massage. It wasn’t very relaxing…. The basic hair spa was wonderful and the guy who did it was really good too. My hair is shiny and just feels so good! There’s 2 things that I’m very disappointed about: - They asked me to wait for 20 minutes between my services for the hair spa. I had called them in the morning and booked my appointment for all 3 services and it wasn’t informed to me that there was going to be a wait. - I fully understand that tipping is expected but I was pressured by 2 people to add a hefty tip even though I wasn’t fully satisfied by their services (having to wait 20 mins and the unpleasant massage experience). The amount I gave them wasn’t received well and they wanted me to add more as tip which eventually I did because I got uncomfortable but I did not find it necessary at all!

Hidden gem in Allston! My mom was visiting from out of town, and we were so tired from walking around Boston that we wanted a massage. We booked same-day with Best MG Spa II and had an outstanding experience! The staff were friendly, professional, and extremely talented - truly one of the deepest massages I’ve had in my life. The spa is clean and well decorated and feels like an oasis amidst the busy neighborhood. We can’t thank you enough and will definitely be back!

I had so good massage experience here! The best massage experience I've had. This is the first time I had massage here, but I came here for scalp treatment before, I could say it's definitely worth to come here and enjoy! Very recommend it guys!
