I was a bit disappointed with my overall experience. I paid for a 90-minute service, but it only lasted around 70 minutes. On top of that, my hair was left completely tangled—they didn’t really brush it through at all. That said, the actual head spa portion was very relaxing and well done. I just wish the service had lasted the full amount of time I paid for, and that they had taken the time to properly brush out my hair afterward.

Kristina is absolutely AMAZING!! This was such a wonderful experience. I didn’t want it to end. It was cool learning about my scalp health and seeing it under a microscope. Kristina made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. You won’t regret booking.

Absolutely incredible experience. Brinley was so thorough and walked me through my scalp analysis and the areas we could work on. It was one of the most relaxing services I’ve ever had. I desperately needed some TLC and her room is so cozy and clean. I’m pretty sure I might’ve drifted off to sleep a couple times. Looking at my scalp again after my wash was crazy! It was so clean and hydrated. I purchased a hair oil that is meant to help clear out buildup and help hair grow again! I have postpartum hair loss so it was a must for me.
