I LOVE going to this spa for a deep tissue massage. The masseuse is absolutely amazing!! I only started going because I received a gift card, but now I don't want to go anywhere else. Everyone is always so friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere is perfect and relaxing. The massage is just top tier. I highly recommend!

The customer service team was excellent! The deep tissue massage was so relaxing I had so much tension it was crazy! I felt so good make sure u drink a lot of water before and after u go their for deep tissue massage!!!!

Outstanding! My little girl and I walked in and they accommodated us immediately with warm smiles and kindness. The entire experience was lovely, my daughter got her first big girl haircut cut and looks so beautiful with it. The stylist listened to what I wanted to achieve *just getting rid of the lifeless ends and give her long layers* and gave my girl the cutest face framing layers. We both felt very comfortable there. Definitely will return!!!

Pains me to give a one star review, but I have to be honest about my experience. I called to schedule an appointment with either Liz or Cristina. After some confusion, the front desk was able to schedule me with Cristina. I found that odd until I had my appointment. The front desk does not handle appointments with the hair stylists. The hair stylists manage their own schedules and prefer you pay them in cash (under the table?). Very odd structure indeed. My appointment itself lasted a half hour from start to finish. I was not happy with my current haircut going in so I tried to manage my expectations. Cristina left me sitting with shampoo on my hair as she spoke with the Kentwood delivery man and never did condition my hair. She put product in my hair before beginning to cut. I had hopes she would be able to fix what I had going in- which while not up to my standards was not super cuts level bad. I walked out with my hair two different lengths- short on the left side and longer on the right. She tried to play it off at the appointment as I would have a few longer pieces. When my hair was styled, I did not notice how bad it was. Upon washing and styling my hair myself the next day I was horrified. I’ve honestly had better quality cuts for $10 at super cuts. I had to even up my hair myself using nail scissors. I’ve never had a cut this bad- EVER. The fact she didn’t even take longer than 30 minutes to shampoo/cut/style and left me looking like this is unacceptable. I will NEVER be back here. Ladies, if you want a good quality cut DON’T come here. My hair is so bad and now I’m scared to go anywhere else and Cristina cut it so short I have to wait to grow it out. Absolutely unacceptable on every level. Avoid at all cost.

Didn’t really like how we were treated. I asked for gel on my toes I was told the tech didn’t have enough time in between appts but in the same breath the woman tried to sell me a higher package, which offered gel. Which made no sense if she didn’t have time in between appts. Which no one ever showed up for a next appt. Won’t be returning.

I had a referral from my cousin, scheduled appts with Co Liz. I show her my hair and how I wanted. She listened to me and gave me advices.she explain everything to me. We talked a lot and I am very happy with my hair and the service.
