Michael was fantastic! He was very patient. He was detail oriented. He wasn’t satisfied with the way the color came out, so he immediately fixed it. He explained things as he did them, which was great. My hair looks BEAUTIFUL! I couldn’t be happier. The Hydrofacial was AMAZING! Emily was so great. She took the time to explain everything before she did it. She loves her job and it shows. Samantha did a great job on my pedicure. It was a very luxurious experience. She took her time. She listened when I told her I was ticklish. The foot mask and massage was being great. This salon is beautiful. Everyone was very friendly. The manager, Michael, is very attentive and personable. I highly recommend any of services here. You will leave feeling like a QUEEN.

Bella Viaggio was wonderful!! We booked a couples massage (it was a first time for both of us for massages) as a late valentines day gift, and didn't really know what to expect or how we would actually feel about this. Now having gone, I have zero idea why I was apprehensive about going in the first place. We got there, the place was inviting, the lady at the front desk very welcoming and friendly - and we found the entire experience so relaxing, cheerful and accepting. We even ran into an old friend who also greeted us when we arrived - what a pleasant surprise - we love you Laurie! We were blown away by our experience, the massages were amazing...Thank you so much Nicole and Kirsten - you made us feel like special guests, you listened and made us feel welcome, comfortable and we left with smiles on our faces feeling AMAZING - thanks for the laughs and the great experience!! Our one and only complaint at all - is that we didn't sign up for a full hour. There is always next time!! We will 100% be back for a next time :)

Haircut and Blowdry. It was ok. My Master Stylist passed away a couple of years ago, and I've been trying to find a salon and stylist since. I've had $400 dollar cuts before on Newbury... I've been all over the place, and Joe at Nova was the absolute best. I was spoiled by someone who was a perfectionist at his profession, like a shokunin. He was the Jiro of hair. :D Anyway, I tried the Windham location. I prefer a point cut on the ends instead of pulling at random strands and scissoring because the hair snaps. It's not a comfortable feeling. It seemed at random where she chose to cut. The hair just needed an overall better shape and for the ends to lie a little better. I also don't think I like the Goldwell products. It felt like my hair wasn't clean and it left a residue. The next morning my hair had already flattened out and was greasy. I'm going to keep looking.

We really enjoyed our experience at Tuscan Village Bella Viaggio Salon and Spa from booking, checking in and services. The spa is located inside The Artisan Hotel so great options for coffee, lunch, cocktails before and after spa. The spa has a tranquil sitting area and you are offered tea, water, mimosas and more. We selected deep tissue massages. Our massage therapists, Maribel and Meghan were professional and focused on our needs, working through our painful pressure points. We will definitely be back again! Thank you!
