I would not recommend booking anything with Rene Meza at Bella Day Spa. I bought a groupon for eyelash extensions and a fill and it took 2 weeks just for her to return my phone calls and text to book the appointment. She then scheduled me for more than a month and a half out. She did not send any reminder calls or text and needless to say, I missed my appointment. When I tried to reschedule it she said that since i did not give a 24 hour notice she redeemed the groupon (that cost me $109) in full and also canceled my fill. When I asked her about it she began to complain about her work schedule and stated that it's not her problem and that I should have written it down. She exclaimed a lot more than she needed to. Although I should have put it in my planner, her work ethics and attitude sucked. I will NEVER book anything with her and would NEVER recommend her. Costumer service sucked.
