Exceptional Service and Style! I can’t stop raving about Bei Capelli and my stylist, Sasha! From the moment I stepped inside, I felt like a VIP. The super luxe salon is gorgeous—clean, elegant, and ultra relaxing—and the staff is warm and friendly. Sasha is a true gem. She took the time to understand what I wanted, gave me some great ideas, and worked her magic with incredible skill and attention to detail. I left with the best haircut I’ve ever had—it’s like she knew exactly what would suit me even better than I did! Her talent, kindness, and confidence in her craft made the whole experience amazing. I’ve gotten so many compliments and feel like a whole new person. Thank you, Sasha, for making me feel so good. I’ll definitely be back and recommend you to everyone I know!

Bei Capelli is the best!! The ambiance, the hair stylist and of course the shampoo room and head massages are the best self care! I have had great hair care from multiple stylists over the years (cut, color, highlights, bridal, Brazilian blowouts, and shampoo & blow dry) and they are very knowledgeable about all things hair. Kaitlyn is my main stylist. She is very patient and I trust her implicitly in keeping my hair’s best interests in mind. She is great at remembering so many details about my preferences for color and styles I have liked over the 14 years I’ve seen her. I always recommend Bei Capelli any chance I get!

Had the best experience here! Lela was my stylist, she took the time to make sure she knew what I was wanting out of my haircut and was so kind and nice to chat with! The shampoo room is so relaxing and the scalp massage during the wash was even better than any of the reviews described. The decor is amazing and you can also tell how much thought was put into the design to make the overall experience so amazing and practical. Already booked my next appointment to go back and I cannot wait. Worth every penny!

Bei Capelli is hands down the best salon I’ve ever been to! It’s beautiful, luxurious and has an amazing, fun vibe. From the moment you walk in, you are treated like someone special! The staff is most welcoming and attentive. The stylists are top notch and it’s obvious they not only love what they do, but also where they work! I most recently saw Nick for a cut and color. He was fantastic! He gave the best shampoo and scalp massage, my blow out was awesome and my color and cut are perfect!

There aren’t enough positive things to say about this salon and all the talented people delivering on beauty projects every day. They all work with passion and flex their skill sets in the most spectacular fashion. I got to work with two delightful women recently, Haley and Sasha, and not only were they kind and informative, but they truly made me feel welcome and comfortable. All while getting pampered, I got to learn all the ways to take care of my hair, and Sasha had the patience to teach me which products were a perfect fit for my needs and desires. She truly was the perfect ambassador for the product line, as well as the salon. Haley got right to work on my hair goals and didn’t waste any time making my day installing the most amazing extensions. Between the amazing shampoo station, pampering, fun in the chair, and designer hair products, it is quite literally one of the best salons I’ve ever been to. I had amazing interaction with so many people while I was there, but sadly I can’t remember the names of the others. They were just as fabulous and exceeded my expectations. If you’re crossing through Scarborough, Maine, or live within driving distance, I recommend scheduling some time at this salon. You’ll only regret not doing it sooner.
