Absolute 10/10 experience I wish I found out about this place earlier. Bathhouse Flatiron was an absolutely amazing and unforgettable experience! The variety of amenities made it easy to completely unwind in whichever way you please. Whether it be between the hot and cold pools, multiple saunas, and steam rooms, there’s truly something for everyone. The underground location adds a cool, hidden vibe, and the dimly lit ambience makes it feel even more intimate and relaxing. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and designed for pure comfort. It’s good for a night out with friends, or even to come out for a date. What made it even better was the day pass, which allows for a cost-effective way to enjoy for anyone who doesn’t have a full-time membership to the facility. This was the case for me as I don’t stay in the city and just visited for occasion, but I can wholeheartedly say it was worth it and more will definitely be coming back somewhere in the future when it pertains. HIGHLY RECCOMEND🙌🏾

I have visited a bathhouse in Strausborg France and another in Zurich Switzerland. I was so excited to find this place in NYC. The concept definitely is more popular in Europe but I found Bathhouse Flatiron to be a great experience. You will likely read other reviews that complain about the towels or how loud it is. The towels are just typical gym towels. They are not intended to be used as a cover up, they are intended for use in the saunas, steam room and to dry off. There are plenty of towels everywhere, you can get a fresh towel anytime you need it. We came at 9:00pm on a Saturday night. It was very busy and to be expected it was a little loud. I am sure that if you came earlier in the day or during the week it wouldn’t be as loud or busy. We had no issues. The pools were much more crowded than the saunas or steam room. It was a good time and we will be back.

This experience was great! I had a great time and I will definitely be back. This was my first time to a spa let alone a bathhouse. Baby my body and mind was rejuvenated. There were ice plunges/baths, saunas, hot tubs, warm baths, and even a quiet room to relax and take a second away. I did everything besides get a message (next visit, for sure ☺️). Everyone was respecting others spaces and it was grown and sexy. No phones in the baths and saunas, but you can have them in the cafe. Go, you will have an amazing time!!! I removed a star just because of the signing process.-the staff were a lil dry and overwhelmed and the fussiness of the guest!!!!

Visited Bathhouse Flatiron during its opening week in January 2024 and was thoroughly impressed. My experience with bathhouses had been limited to public baths in Japan so I wasn’t sure what to expect from an American take on the concept. Safe to say, it exceeded expectations. The transition from sauna to cold plunge and repeating the process was invigorating—completely changed the way I see the ice bath culture. I enjoyed it so much that I went back later that same week. The space was well-designed, the atmosphere balanced social energy with relaxation, and the overall experience felt premium without being pretentious. Would love to see more businesses like this in San Diego. Looking forward to returning when I’m in NYC again.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Bath House Flatiron, and it was an absolutely incredible experience! From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was calming and inviting, offering a perfect escape from the city's hustle. The facilities are beautiful, with a seamless blend of modern design and relaxing, natural elements. What truly made my visit special was the exceptional service provided by John. He went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and that my experience was flawless. His warm, friendly demeanor and helpful guidance made a huge difference in how enjoyable my time at the bathhouse was.

Don’t have many pictures from here because there is “no phone policy” inside 😅 But I love this place ,go there every month, sometimes even twice a month by myself or with some friends. Clean, smells good, usually not too crowded (but I usually go in the week days). And for the price - the best experience in Manhattan!

Bathhouse Flatiron is, without a doubt, one of the best self-care experiences I’ve ever had. A friend recommended it, and after just one visit, I’m hooked! From the steam room and cold plunge to the heated pools and treatment rooms, this place offers everything you need to fully relax and recharge after the hustle and grind of New York City. The combination of hot and cold therapies works wonders, and the heated pools are an absolute treat. Plus, the café offers delicious options that make it easy to extend your stay and nourish your body. The ambiance is perfect, and the staff ensures a seamless, calming experience from start to finish. I’ve already decided to get a membership and plan to come here often. Every time friends or family visit me, I’ll be bringing them to Bathhouse Flatiron to unwind and rejuvenate. This is truly a hidden gem and the perfect retreat from city life!

Went with a friend. Felt welcomed by staff and patrons alike. Nothing like chilling out with a couple hundred of your closest half naked friends. This place is huge and never felt crowded. The food at the eatery was great (the sweet potato was so creamy (!?!), the facilities were very clean, the lighting/ambience was well considered and fun, and the pools were relaxing. The saunas were good and hot! Had a lovely 30 min massage (from Janet) her work was focused and intentional. Great experience start to finish. Highly recommend.
