Perfect 10/10 experience start to finish. Easy parking, beautiful space with friendly down-to-earth folks. Had the best facial of my life with Erin! Her touch was very present, focused, and balanced for a wonderful experience of care and relaxation. Met both owners who made me feel extra welcome and celebrated on my birthday.

I had a massage with Marta Stephens and WOW. Dare I say it was the best massage of my life?! She was welcoming and kind and her massage was the perfect combination of relaxation paired with actually working out my knots and sore muscles. I was impressed with her strength and pressure. Though my Remedy massage was only an hour, I left feeling like my whole body was refreshed. I will be recommending her to everyone I know and am already looking forward to buying gift cards for friends. 10/10 recommend!

From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was so relaxing and serene. 🌿 I opted for the Rejuvenate facial, and let me tell you, it was pure bliss! 💆‍♀️ The eco-luxury products smelled divine – all natural, organic, and vegan! 🌱 My skin was treated to a bamboo and rose petal cleanse, a gentle fruit enzyme peel, and the most relaxing face, neck, and shoulder massage I've ever experienced. 🙌 Jess's touch was so gentle and skilled. Then came the remineralizing French clay and oxygen-infused masque – my skin felt so detoxified and refreshed! ✨ The cooling collagen masque and iced globe therapy at the end were the perfect touch. ❄️ My skin has never felt so soft, smooth, and radiant. Basalt is beautiful, clean, and calming. The staff is kind and helpful, and my massage with Harmonie was particularly wonderful. I can’t wait to go back!

Erin is EXTRAORDINARY. I just got home from my glow facial with her and WOW - I walked in the door and my fiance said I'm literally glowing. She took the time to understand my goals, gave my face a massage and allowed me the space to totally zen out. 10/10 recommend Basalt + specifically Erin - you will not be disappointed. My husband and I were beyond impressed with the service at Basalt. We both got facials and relax massages. The staff: Kelly, Kelsey, Samantha and Kristy treated us with the most fantastic services. They educated us on how to continue our skin care and what stretches work best for us. Would HIGHLY recommend Basalt!

I absolutely love Basalt Day Spa! I’ve been coming here for a year now. I used to do my facials with Jessica but she left and now I do my facials with Rachel! She’s freaking amazing. This spa is clean, professional, friendly, and reasonably price for what’s included. The rooms are dim and the essential oil diffuser, the calming wave music, and the bamboo decor adds to the overall spa experience! I highly recommend the Rejuvenate and the Glow facials. They both include massages which is my favorite to pair with facials! You will absolutely love your skin after your appointment. Can’t guarantee you won’t fall asleep. It’s that relaxing! I’ve added a facial and a massage from Basalt Day Spa as my monthly self-care routine! Fyi, for parking, there is a parking lot next to Basalt Day Spa building. You don’t need to park in front of the building. (Those spots are usually taken or can be dangerous when pulling out based on where they are and the constant construction in that area).
