I recently visited HairSpa and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. The salon itself is modern, clean, and exudes a calming atmosphere. The staff at HairSpa were incredibly welcoming and professional. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and offered a complimentary beverage. The consultation with my stylist was thorough, and she took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. I’ve been going to balance for regular cuts, styles, and coloring for over 3 years, and at every single appointment Logan blows me away with her impeccable work and cheerful disposition. She is always chipper, always asking for my feedback and input, always detail-oriented, and always makes me feel like a mermaid by the end of the appointment (we dye my hair a mixture of dark purple and dark red). Even after moving away from Exton, my choice of salon at Balance with Logan will not change. Not only is my stylist a gem, everybody else who works at balance are friendly and accommodating upon every visit. You feel good walking in and you’ll feel even better walking out. Cannot recommend this place enough. I look forward to my next appointment with Logan in 2025.

Monica cuts curls to perfection! So healthy and bouncy. If you’re a curly girl definitely schedule an appt with her. People stop me all the time to ask if my curls are real! Yes they are! Been keeping them looking so good for over 10 years at Balance.
