Elena gave me a facial and it was wonderful! She used the Aveda products which smell amazing and she was amazing. If you need some time to relax and take a break, don’t hesitate to book with her. I’ve had a few facials and this was by far the best.

Ali did my wedding day hair in Rehoboth. She went above and beyond my expectations and was so kind and patient when I was unsure about how I wanted to style my hair. I felt so beautiful and loved the look so much. It stayed perfect all night, despite taking first look photos on the beach, when it was quite cold and windy! Everyone I encountered was so kind, and I love that they offer drinks, including alcoholic, when you arrive.

Absolutely amazing. We visit this area a few times a year and my girlfriend has been here a few times for facials. This time I went with and had a stress massage and it was great. I’ve only had a couple massages and The masseuse Karen was very helpful and made me comfortable. My girlfriend got a exfoliating body scrub and she loved it. I highly recommend booking here if you are in the Rehobeth area.

A few weeks ago, I emailed about getting a straight razor shave appointment set up for the day of my wedding per the instructions on their website. After waiting for roughly a week and a half and not hearing anything, I called last Friday. After telling the person I spoke to, Jose, I emailed, he informed me that I should’ve just called and set one up. They never booked me through the email. Once that was established, we found a time but he didn’t know if that barber did straight razor shaves but he would call me back within the hour to let me know. Jose never called me back. Two days prior to my wedding, I get a text confirming my appointment. I call again to confirm the barber could do my shave. Jose had no idea if he could and went to check. Jose then informs me the barber that he scheduled me with couldn’t do my shave. Now, two days out I can’t find someone to do what I need done. The quality of service and the nonchalant attitude shown by the business and Jose was the most frustrating aspect of this. I would say the service was poor, but it’s pretty clear that it was nonexistent to begin with.

Typically not the one to write reviews… but I just relocated to the area as the GSM of a business down the road & have been looking for a new salon. I scheduled an appointment with this salon, showed up for the appointment & the stylist refused to do a beard trim in addition to the hair cut because of time constraints… mind you, I don’t have too complex of hair or a beard at all… nor was I offered or advised I had to schedule a beard trim also at the time of scheduling over the phone. I didn’t see the sense in getting only a hair cut, spending close to a $100 with tip and not getting the beard trim also, so I just decided to cancel everything altogether. I walked out & no manager stopped me or has contacted me asking me what happened. As someone that manages a business, this is not how I would ever treat my new guests…
