Great salon! Technician is always responsive when setting up an appointment and answering my questions- and provides the most comfortable/quickest wax out of all spas I’ve tried. As a guy it can be difficult to find a place for a wax, but I’d recommend this 100%

My previous wax technician is no longer available so I needed to find another technician to take over my appointments. Unfortunately, this location just wasn't what I had expected from what my last technician would do for me. She set a very high bar. I walked in for my 12:20 appointment but there wasn't a receptionist or anyone to speak to. I called and texted my technician but no answer (I had tried to call them the previous day to follow up with questions). So I sat in the lobby waiting 15 minutes passed my appointment but no one had came to the lobby to acknowledge me or ask me who I was there to see. The wax technician I booked with was nice but after she was done there was still a little bit of wax left on me that dried up and pulled on my skin. Was hoping this place was going to be my new spot but I don't think I'll be going back to this salon. Just wasn't a good first experience for me.

My girlfriend and I had a couples Brazilian wax with Tiffany. This was my first time ever doing this and was beyond nervous. Tiffany was very professional and made us both feel relaxed. The overall experience was win in our books

I have been going to Back2Body for years for my waxing. Andrea is fantastic- always professional and delightful! Her building is conveniently located and well marked, with plenty of parking designated for her clients. The waiting room has tranquil water features and chilled infused water for her clients. The waxing room is kept exceptionally clean. I would highly recommend her!

First of all, the spa is amazing! Every time I go there, I feel totally relaxed and I'm not even getting a massage. Andrea is wonderful! I was nervous about seeing someone new for waxing, after my original person moved her business to another state after 8 years! I'm so glad I gave Andrea a try. She's nice, professional and she's understanding about my always-changing schedule. I wouldn't go to anyone else!

I started going to Andrea for waxing when I moved to Kansas City 3 plus years ago because of all of her wonderful reviews on Yelp and have been a loyal customer since!! She is professional, efficient, and reasonably priced as an esthetician. Her schedule is flexible and she always makes time for me, even in a pinch! Plus, she is very easy to talk to and I would consider her a friend. Aside from waxing, I have used other services at Back 2 Body including hair, nails and spray tan. Everything is top notch! I have sent several friends and my husband to Back 2 Body and everyone has walked away a happy costumer!! This salon and spa is great!!
