She takes the time to listen to your individual needs and designs a therapy specifically for you. She always goes the extra mile. Whether it's learning a new technique tailored for you or teaching you how to manage your aches on your own, Ashley does it all with a smile. She's a wealth of information and truly cares about her clients.

Wow. Wow. I don’t even know where to start. She made me want to swear, become a better person and save the turtles all in one session! That was BY FAR the best massage I’ve ever had. Ashley was so professional & got straight to the spots I needed worked on. She just specialized my session right there on the spot and worked out the knots I had in my back, shoulder and glutes. She was refreshing b/c I feel like sometimes massage therapists go heavy on the “zen” side of things and her clinic was comfortable and not weird. She was sensitive to me just being quiet and did what needed to be done. I felt instantly better after the massage. I will definitely recommend her to anyone that I meet who mentions needing a massage! I’ve already booked my daughter in for a sports/exercise massage once her season is over. I felt too like Ashley really knew how to find the problem spots and knew where the muscles were and how to manipulate them in the right way! She is so good at what she does and knowledgeable about the human body and how to massage! She’s amazing and I felt super comfortable with her!

I started at Avenues for health as a birthday gift in March of 2024 from my husband with Ashley. I just had my 2nd massage yesterday with Tiara who also is amazing I am looking forward to my next booking in 4 weeks! I like that I can book my massage on the weekend. My Life is very busy and finding the time for me throughout the week is a struggle. I enjoy being able to slow down on the weekend and have some me time. Getting a massage from an educated therapist who listened to my needs and developed a plan to help release my aches and pains was much needed!

Ashley was amazing! I've never considered getting a massage before but was gifted a half-hour session for my birthday. My speculation on weather or not I'd feel any pain relief soon melted away along with my stress. A very relaxing atmosphere in addition to Ashley's attentiveness (she made sure I was never uncomfortable with pressure) and professionalism made for a wonderful experience. I will definitely be returning! If you're a skeptic like me, give Ashley a try, you won't regret it!
