Massage chairs don't work. The tech wasn't very good on the drill so I still had gel on my toe nails when she painted on the new regular nail polish.
Then there is polish on the skin of my toes. Only rubbed my feet not my legs. I hope she gets better.

The hair washing technique could use much improvement. The color and style service I've had have all been wonderful. The students do a wonderful job. All of my hair color and style services have been great, except for one part, the hair washing. In my many visits I have had only one girl ever wash my hair well. I've always -with the singular exception- had lots of hair dye left in my hair at the crown. All else is usually washed well enough. This most recent time I went in just for a wash and style and it was a poor enough quality that I finally wrote about it. Plenty of shampoo used, but not at the scalp, and none at the front of my hairline, or crown. My hair is just as greasy at my part line as it was when I arrived. I can't fault the stylists entirely. I have long thick hair, which is a challenge even for me. But, as a school, please help these students with this basic skill so they are more prepared for their careers. They'll encounter many clients with long thick hair.

Everyone is great there. The instructors check in frequently and the stylists seem well informed so it’s totally safe and fun. And aveda products are such a treat. Love the color match they did on my hair. They really took the time to get it back to my natural shade. And the brow lami just makes me feel fancy.

I took my 15 year old daughter to get a haircut. She wanted a new style for the summer and Grace did an AMAZING job. She was sweet and took her time to make sure my daughter got the style she wanted. We will definitely go back to see Grace. There were several other sweet girls working that I’m sure would do an equally amazing job!

I thought the girl was super sweet but unfortunately my nail popped off the very next day before my trip. I’m soo disappointed. I know they are students and still learning but it sucks unfortunately 21/2 hours of sitting just to have a nail fall off the very next day.

It is an amazing place, everybody is so wonderfully kind and respectful. They asked me all the right questions in order to get my hair perfectly how I want it. My hair turned out amazing! 10 out of 10 will go again. ❤😁

Took my daughter here for a haircut. She had Emma as a stylist. She did a great job asking my daughter what she wanted and making sure she could deliver. Everyone there was so kind. My daughter has curls and wanted curtain bangs. When Emma wasn’t exactly sure how to accomplish that on curly hair, the instructor was great at explaining it to her and showing her. It was a great experience!
