I scheduled multiple appointments at the spa and had two different waxers cancel on me with no notice. I only found out my appointment was canceled after showing up to the spa and finding it completely empty. Very unprofessional to give no notice and hard to believe this isn’t a recurring pattern for the Aura team when it’s happened to me twice. To add insult to injury, my card was charged for an appointment a month after the fact even though I, of course, did not plan to rebook after the second no-show (or have anything scheduled). Definitely unprofessional and potentially fraudulent?

I just had a massage with Kaye and it was the best massage I’ve ever had (and I’ve had a lot). She is calm and quiet but is so talented. She asked the right questions about what I needed and then went to work. Her style is similar to a traditional Swedish massage but she is really strong so she gets to much deeper layers of muscles. Despite being so strong the massage never hurts. It’s just bliss and my body feels so much better after. I was even falling asleep during it. The oils are nice and the atmosphere is really nice. I wish I lived here so I could get a massage every week. Do yourself a favor and get a massage from Kaye. She really has a gift for it and you will be thankful.

Krystal is awesome! Super friendly and thorough with my hour massage. Hands down the best massage I've ever had! Perfect amount of pressure and gave me maintenance suggestions and ideas for dinner since I was visiting the area. Will definitely return when I come back in the area!

Scheduling a varied fitness routine has always come easy…making the time for recovery and self-care (which I would offer is more important) should receive the same focused effort.
During my recent visit to my Massage Therapist (Kobie) at Aura Spa, I received another exceptional massage. Part of what makes each session highly effective is only Kobie’s amazing skill level, but also his capacity to clearly communicate with clients to develop an individualized session. It also requires self-awareness and transparency on my part as the client to openly communicate.
The extended benefits realized from my sessions include an increased range of motion and improved performance when exercising as well as an ease in general mobility. Thank you Kobie and Aura Spa
