My husband and I had an amazing experience yesterday! It was our first time visiting a hammam in the U.S., and it was just as wonderful as those I've experienced in other parts of the world. Wafa and her daughter were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel completely relaxed and comfortable. We chose the Royal Hammam package, and the scents of the fresh herbs and soaps were absolutely divine. My skin felt completely renewed afterward! We’ll definitely be returning. :)

Talk about a hidden gem! If I could only do 1 treatment every month for the rest of my life, it would be the Royal hammam (hopefully I called it the right thing)! Essentially it’s a complete body scrub/detox surrounded by steam and cleansed with essential oils and herbs that drains the lymphatic system leaving your skin glowing and body relaxed. Cannot wait to come back with my husband for a couple’s experience. Definitely check this place out for a unique treatment.

I booked a Royal Hammam experience as a birthday present to myself and GOOD LORD how I wish I’d given myself this gift sooner. I’ve explored many different spa and wellness treatments with varied satisfaction, but after meeting Rawa and Wafa I am a 100% a hammam convert. It was luxurious without being pretentious and delightfully cleansing for the body and mind. This was the perfect way to welcome and celebrate another trip around the sun for me and I cannot wait to go back for my next session!

I had an appointment at Atlas Beauty at 11 AM and booked through Groupon. Nowhere in the Groupon listing did it mention that I needed to arrive 15 minutes early. I arrived exactly at 11 AM, and instead of handling the situation professionally, the staff immediately started yelling at me and my friend, refusing to provide the service and forcing us out of the spa. This was an extremely unprofessional and hostile experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If they have policies about arrival times, they should clearly state them in the Groupon offer instead of treating customers so poorly. we called them fee times for confirmation and in none of the communations, they stated that we need to be there earlier. Trust getting service for your body from a place in where people know what respect means...NOT HERE!

I am so beyond happy with my experience. As a Moroccan hammam connoisseur (I’ve been to over 50 hammams in Morocco) I was shocked at the authenticity and feel of this experience. There are absolutely some fancier aspects, such as the luxurious environment, and the water is filtered and not heated by a bread oven, but from the tiles on the wall, the buckets, the traditional soaps, and the faucet I felt like I was whirled back to Morocco! Radoua, who did my treatment was so kind, professional, and fun to talk to. She made me feel at home and did an amazing job helping me with my beldi hammam. You will never feel as clean as you do after a hammam! All in all this is a rare and genuine find in not just Boston but the U.S. as a whole. If you want to be SUPER clean and experience some of the traditions of Morocco this is definitely your place! Bsa7a!

I purchased a visit to Atlas Hamam online four months in advance, but when I called to confirm, it took an unreasonably long time just to get a booking. I should’ve taken that as a red flag. When the appointment day finally came, the experience got worse. I arrived 10 minutes early, only to be met with rude and aggressive staff who scolded me for not arriving 15 minutes earlier — something they never mentioned during the booking process. Instead of welcoming us, they seemed irritated from the start. My friend politely tried to ask about the timing issue, but things escalated, and shockingly, they asked her to leave the spa! The entire atmosphere was unprofessional and unpleasant, and they completely ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing day. If you’re considering a visit to Atlas Hamam, think twice.

Once you come to the Hammam, you won’t look back. I have never felt more relaxed and my skin is baby soft. It’s a very calming and comforting experience and I highly recommend it!
