I visited the Glastonbury location for a self-care day and got the soothing cucumber wrap and the heavenly headspace scalp treatment. Maureen was wonderful. She exudes such a warm, welcoming, intuitive energy and creates such a safe yet fun environment. Loved the treatments!
The spa is very clean and I enjoyed all of the decor and the energy of the space. Definitely going back for a massage and to try the facials.

Just experienced ASANA’s new spa location in Avon, CT. It is absolutely gorgeous! If you are looking for a place to be completely spoiled and pampered, this IS the spot! Highly recommend the Fire and Ice experience. Spend time in a luxury sauna then right into the cold plunge! Make sure to also book your winter facial, you won’t regret it!

I have been coming to Asana for over 2 years, and I’ll never go anywhere else for a spa! Tida and the other staff are so welcoming and knowledgeable. I get my eyebrows done as well as other facial waxing & facials regularly, and the results never disappoint. I also love the Jane Iredale lip products and Hylunia skincare available at Asana. Of course, the space is gorgeous and today went I went in for my service, it smelled wonderfully from all the fresh flowers in the lobby. I recommend Asana to all my friends and family and will continue to in the future. Brows are 10/10 every time and I am super particular (see photos)

You will not regret going to Asana for a day of serenity! When I told the staff that I was a bridesmaid and that I wanted to book massages for me, the bride, and mother of the bride the day before the wedding, the staff at Asana pulled out all the stops to make it the most special, relaxing day.The staff provided complimentary mimosas, a charcuterie board, scones & macaroons. They were so nice and so professional. Christine, our masseuse, went out of her way to come to the Glastonbury location so it would be more convenient for us. The ambiance was so calming and the sauna was incredibly therapeutic. Couldn’t have asked for a better spa day the day before my best friend’s wedding. Thank you, Asana!
