I had a really nice and calming experience. The head spa felt great - very soothing and helped me unwind. The facial left my skin feeling clean and refreshed without being too harsh. The space was peaceful, and the staff were very friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout.

They welcomed me with exceptional service from start to finish! I began with a heavenly body massage from Yoyo that left me completely relaxed, followed by an incredibly soothing head spa from Mai, which felt like pure bliss. To top it all off, Winnie gave me a refreshing hydrofacial using their cutting-edge 2024 machine, leaving my skin absolutely glowing. The attention to detail, professionalism, and the luxurious atmosphere and very clean made this an unforgettable experience. I can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend!

The head spa was a first for me but what a great experience! I have had a lot of tension in my neck causing headaches. Following the massage and wash, my hair was blowed dry and I was sent on my way feeling relief. 🥰 highly recommend! I have also been here for a massage and facial threading. I had a fantastic experience! The massage was perfect, one of the best I have ever had! I’ve been having a lot of neck tension lately and Winnie was so helpful. I also tried the head spa for the first time, and it was incredible, so relaxing and left my scalp feeling refreshed. Highly recommend both services! Everyone there was also so kind and accommodating. I’ll definitely be back!

They simply do NOT care about your requests! I had a great experience her one time and requested that same massage therapist on my return. I was told (on the phone) that they would accommodate my request - I went in and they pawn me off to someone else despite what I requested. Such an unprofessional thing to do. Months later, I made a similar request and was adamant about what I wanted. I was told that they would accommodate me - yet, when I went in, my request was once again ignored. It won't happen again. I'll never return. I'll take my business somewhere else where they actually care about what the customer wants. Smh

I saw and killed LIES in this hair bunch, I had my appointment first thing in the morning and when I got there the chair for foot massage was this dirty with hair everywhere and water on the floor, which clearly shows that they don’t have good HYGIENE and cleaning procedures. All I could think was the lies, I used a towel in my head pillow but still wasn’t a good experience and I’m asking myself why I didn’t leave. Please check reviews that are honest. The 4.8 isn’t real. Hope you get a better experience than mine.

My first time here for a massage - I had a fantastic experience! They do an intake form and ask your focus areas and no go areas, the atmosphere was warm, calm, and inviting, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The massage was SO relaxing and the perfect pressure based on what I indicated, and I ended up adding on another 20 minutes since there was availability. Absolutely will be visiting again and trying their other services as well - I would recommend!
